I am on the fence on this one. Right or wrong I-A-B?

Gerry: I haven`t seen a regular policeman carry a "club" in years. Perhaps riot police have/use them, but not most regular beat cops. Haven`t seen any inside jails either, they have other things they can use.

I`d rather have that than a taser. At least you don`t have to yank two barbed darts out of you afterward. Plus the chance of them shooting you in the face with said darts is a LOT lower.

I don`t think the cops or guards will like this much. If they don`t have to fight in close to use a taser they have no excuse to use the club. And they`re not gonna give up using "Ole Bessie" so easy.

I remember a video where a guy had to wear a shock collar in court, and the bailiff (really fat) had the activator on his belt, well, he bends over to pick up a pen he dropped and surprise, ZAP! too funny.

This is Horrific, I mean, bland gray? Why not some candy apple red, or sunset orange for these cuffs?

Robyn Meade has an incredible rack. What was she talking about, anyway?

I would be concerned about the potential for abuse, but fortunately US law enforcement officers are world famous for their high levels of professionalism and restraint.

And of course there is no way these would be exported to scuzzy regimes.

So it`s all good, man.

Can be abused I say no. History tells us over and over we`ll find a way to abuse this somehow.

Perfect. They might think twice about breaking the law.

Might prevent escapes and keep violent offenders in line, but could also be abused.

Astronomically bad idea. Too much potential for abuse and malfunction.

Al: "I`m sweatin` like a pig in here."
Ted: "Here: Put the cuff control in you pocket while I go to the can."
*20 minutes later*
*everyone screaming on the floor*
*two guys go to remove cuffs, they get zapped too*

Bet the kids will have fun with these at parties. Everyone wears one, don`t pass out first.

They could make a smaller one and strap it to a prisoner`s dink. I bet it would be exponentially more effective than this ankle zapper as a deterrent for bad behavior.

Great idea. It would cut down on misses and injuries when using taser guns making it safer to use for the officers AND the prisoners
