Of course it`s invisible. It hasn`t been built. It`s just a dream. No timeline, no financing, no contractors. It will never be built.

So it`s a building that hasn`t been built yet, with funding not entirely taken care of, that will become "invisible" if you look at the building from a certain angle, at a certain time of day, in good weather only. Also, the only point of this project is for the novelty of having such a building? I`m not impressed.

"When can we expect to see it?"
How silly. You won`t see it if it is invisible.
    Tch.

LOL @ McGovern`s comment. Agreed. Doesn`t sound like the best idea, does it?

Novelty? Tourist attraction? Not the building itself but the places the "invisibility effect" can be seen?

It will still be visible from almost every direction, and from above too (I think!). Also glows in the dark at night :-)

They tried a simple version of this in WW2. Airplanes stood out as black against any daytime sky, and those looking for Uboats were usually spotted before they could attack. So they tried lighting the leading edges of a bomber with bulbs lit to the same brightness as the sky - and the plane just vanished. It never went into production, but a demo I saw on TV was amazing.

@carmium, it`s also why the had pink spitfires..

hard to see at sunset and against a background of cloudes

(the S.A.S uses pink landrovers in the desert, i`m not sure if the LRDG already used pink jeeps though)
