    I do believe that was Werner Klemperer in there at the beginning and ending of the clip too, a.k.a Colonel Klink.

    Oh and that was Robert Vaughn, who one of the stars of The Man from U.N.C.L.E. His character on the show was Napoleon Solo, and he was General Hunt Stockwell on The A-Team.
