its good dont get me wrong its not the same when a 10 year old girl fills in the part of a 30+ year old man with a gravely voice

And before this looks like a massive debate, Ollie, I credit you for your taste in music... Some very good selections you listed.

@Ollie, bear in mind the specific SUB-GENRE the band falls into revolves tightly around repetitive bass hooks because it`s meant to be almost hypnotic and trancy... Most of their music sound like that because they design the sound to trigger specific wave functions in the auditory center of your brain... TOOL is actually fairly heavy on my "meditation" playlist on iTunes... (along with many tracks by Pink Floyd, Ascension of the Watchers` ENTIRE `Numinosum` album, and several tracks from Yes, Rush, ELP, Enya, Enigma, and the Japanese guitarist Kitaro...

These kids are good, but they could`ve chosen a better band/song.

Well, their sound specifically sucks. I got bored in the first 30 seconds and started clicking the progress bar to here something different, and everywhere I clicked, it sounded exactly the same.

I`m not that familiar with their music, but I would wager that if you took all the ideas from an entire album, you might have enough to make one decent song.

Of course, my idea of a "good song" is Yes - Close to the Edge, ELP - Tarkus: Eruption, Genesis - Supper`s Ready, Transatlantic - Stranger in Your Soul, or Pain of Salvation - Used. (I think they`re all on YouTube if you`re interested.) Each one of those tracks has more ideas in it that these Tools have come up with in their entire careers, that is if this is truly representative of their work.

That being said, the kids are alright.

Someone sign these kids NOW and get an album deal in place before they turn to pop crap and lose all this potential...

@OldOllie That`s how TOOL is... It`s part of their specific sound. Just about every TOOL song can be broken down into number sequences that would make any math nerd cream themselves... (Lateralus for example is based around the Fibonacci Sequence)

I`m going to have to agree with CynicalGamer.

The kids definitely have a lot of talent, but not much taste. That song totally sucked. It was boring, repetitive, and about twice as long as it deserves to be.

That freaking rocked! I can`t begin to express how happy it makes me to see kids learning to play music like this. Granted, not music I would buy, but great music none the less! Bravo! Let`s see more kids doing stuff like this and less Miley Cyrus and Bieber!

This is pretty damn good cover of an amazing song but the little girl singing makes it sound like a kids bop pop cover. Great job though.

I have an inappropriate crush on the bass player.

And nice pipes, Shaneekwa!

This is pretty badass.

The kid with claves was rockin` out.

Only thing I`d pick on is the "shadow-UH".
