    They should just do it. Seriously, what is the govt. gonna do? Those bastard politicians only understand one thing...money. If they wage war against two of Americas biggest company`s, you know their pocket books will feel it.

    Why sue? Just do it. If the government makes a stink about it, Google could just block all .gov and .mil addresses from their sites, and MS could remotely shut down all their computers through Windows Update.

    I think it is telling that two very large corporations are fighting a legal battle with the federal government so that they can better inform their consumers.

    This seems to laugh in the face of the old "greedy corporations vs. beneficent government" mantra.
