    Was he asking to be caught or what...

    1) States date he did it
    2) States car he did it in
    3) It`s clearly black (lighting at various points in the film leaves no doubt)
    4) He stops at the front of red traffic lights 6 times; surely they have cameras on them, you`d just have to pull them, find a black Z4 at the front, and given he`s got a time stamp, you`d have to check the timing from one light to the next, check it against the camera feeds, bingo, car found.

    He`s an idiot, even a NYPD rookie could have found him within a few hrs of watching traffic cam footage.

    See, this is what I like. Dumb criminals posting their crimes online for all to see so they can get caught and go to jail.

    The speeding won`t hold up. How fast was he going?

    The reckless endangerment won`t hold up. Was he speeding when he shifted lanes?

    The speeding up of the camera footage masks the true speed, and slowing it down is tampering, which is inadmissible.

    If he fights it, it`ll get thrown out.

    @Aubernjunky..

    we do that differently in the Netherlands.
    Point A to Point B = distance covered faster then speedlimit would allow? you get a speeding tickett.
    on certian highways we have a start check and an endcheck.. the automated tickett will arive three day`s later.

    They used to have that (maybe they still do) on the Will Rogers Turnpike from the MO state line to Tulsa. They gave you a card with a time punch to show where and when you go on, and then punched it again you got off. The first week it opened in 1956 some old fart in a Mercedes 300 SL Gullwing clocked in at an average speed of just over 140 mph.
