A bit heavy-handed for my tastes, but a valid criticism nonetheless.

I don`t really like it because it cherry picks a bunch of different times in history and actually is misleading about what actually happened. And yes, Cuba becoming a Communist dictatorship is absolutely being "free in the wrong way".

But really, why was there no cartoon of the UK paling up with the Confederacy for its own gain? If you put any country as the consistent country shown on the left, it`s going to look like this. Imagine what the UK, Germany, or any country would look like.

I gather Cuba is quite nice, friends go regularly and say it is great- lovely people and generally a fine place. I was thinking of going possibly next year if I can get the time off..

Yeah, I`ve heard that it`s a nice place for a holiday too, Madduck.

When I was in Mexico a few years ago there were really cheap 2 day excursions to Cuba you could book but the person I was with then didn`t want to go. I wish I`d gone though.

When many from Europe see something bashing the US and call out it`s crap and inaccurate historically you know it`s a pile of poo.

Cuba is probably no different then Mexico, as far as tourism goes. Most people who go to Mexico don`t spend "quality time" in Mexico City. They spend there time in resorts that look a lot like shopping mall courtyards. They even put in Costco in case you want to "venture out."

I am told Cuba is not the same as Mexico- not as touristy or enclosed- but the friends I know tend to really do local properly- so- if I get there I will let you know.

My girlfriend has been to Cuba, she liked it. My boatloads (lolol) of Cuban friends here in Florida beg to differ that it`s so amazing. There is a reason they are here.

I don`t get the obsession with the Totalitarian Socialist Cuban government among certain Madduck types. No shiite it`s nice for tourists. It`s a tropical island where Socialism has so devastated the economy since the fall of the USSR that the Totalitarian regime you revere so much would collapse without your tourist money.

`Socialism has so devastated the economy `

I suspect US sanctions may have been a factor.

Hahaha- Andrew155- given where you live I doubt very much if you know many `types` like me at all. Perhaps you don`t live in the US, and really reside in the home counties- but I doubt it.

No. I won`t acknowledge a country as hating America with a Vengeance until it attacks American Soil. Until you attack American Soil, you just hate America. No Vengeance for you.

Those nations that have attacked American Soil, `sup? You and I, we`ll have words later.

@Swaywithme sorry you don`t war with us enough to get a Canada ball.

Sidenote: I`m going to run for president now that I`m eligible. My platform is that I`m going to bring all of our troops home and line the border with them. We don`t leave the country for anything. If you do anything to mess with us I`ll send drones and level your country from top to bottom. No troop death just an entire country that thought it would be OK to mess with us.
