    The nuralizer - (spelt wrong probably)
    Go to work everyday and kick feck out of middle management, and zap em, next day - etc.. Make life so nice, fun you could have with that ..

    I think one of the all-time best gadgets (if you want to call it that) comes from television. FARSCAPE, to be exact -- the translator microbes. Imagine being able to understand any language from anywhere without needing an external translating device. You just get a one-time injection of the translator microbes and you`re set.

    @Jake - nah you need the TARDIS - does that as a optional extra, annnnd it takes you anywhere in time and space, and its got a swimming pool and a library!

    I saw the universal translators. But I always liked the idea of the translator microbes, of not having to rely on any external translation device (however hidden or miniscule), but instead having the translation actually occurring in your brain.

    "Hover" technology might actually be possible in the future. We`ve already discovered quantum locking and superconductivity. Yes, it would take a few more leaps of scientific discovery, but it`s not impossible.
