    We went to a falconry yesterday and I learnt three important things;

    1. Always have your bird with it`s head pointing towards you, they tend to poo with a vertical, slicing motion and can cover a person in one flourish.

    2. They like to sit on the highest point, so if you drop your arm, they will sit on your boob.

    3. They are simply magnificent and a enjoy to behold.

    She needed to retire. What a life for a simple bird.

    Bollocks. That`s not impressive. It`s just a bird.

    Now this is impressive. Golden Eagle: Check. Carrying the match ball for kick off: Double check.

    Although sadly about 90% of the video is watching an x factor reject, there`s one or two good shots of the eagle with the ball, and that`s just cool.

    Why did they name the eagle after a different animal (Tiger)?

    Basically:

    Auburn`s mascot is the Tiger. We are the Tigers.

    We adopted the Eagle because of our battle cry, War Eagle.

    There`s a while cool back story to it. Look it up, because it`s really long.

    Actually, here is a video telling the story.
