    These are really cool and a great idea. There are so many positive things about the reuse of the containers. I would love to see something like this come to the US, but it will probably take a while with the mentality of many Americans. ugh

    I really want to move to Europe.

    What? You WANT to be crammed into a tiny shipping container? Fine, if ya don`t like all the space we got here, f*cking move to Europe already. Jesus. As for me? I`ll be enjoying all the space.

    UGLY....you know you can use the metal from those for many other things not like there`s no use for it....POINTLESS!!

    In the book, the main character was a hacker/samurai/pizza delivery guy for the mafia.

    He shared the container-apartment with a heavy metal fusion guitarist.
    They had another on a truck that was a portable concert stage.

    No shipping container is discarded. They are sold for reuse or sold for the metal content - depending on condition. They make good storage sheds too.

    Hero didn`t live in a container. He lived in a storage unit near the airport.
