I enjoy breaking open vehicle windows to free dogs, using the effing owner`s head as a hammer.

    People suck.

She should go back occasionally to see if the car is there with the dog inside on a hot day and call the police if it is.

If it went down like she claims, she shouldn`t have been fired.

If, on the other hand, she was less than calm about it and `I`ll call the police` came out more along the lines of `I`ll call the motherf@ckin po-po on your sorry cracker/spic/yellow/black ass`, then they may have a point.

This is upsetting to me. It`s been in the 90`s and HUMID HUMID HUMID up here in NY this summer (by far the hottest summer I can remember in my 30 years of life). It`s like Florida came up and took over.

I`ve seen so many dogs left in the car in parking lots with nothing more then a slightly cracked window.

I don`t care if you`re going to be "2 seconds".

LEAVE THEM AT HOME ASS HOLE!!!

Interesting... If everything went as the news reported it did, she was attempting to prevent a crime and keep an animal safe.

There really needs to be more allowances made for "managers discretion". The customer is not always right.

What these negligent dog owners need is education.

That, or a small-caliber bullet delivered to the base of the skull.

The WallyWorld manager is an ass. Good for this girl; I hope she finds a better job soon.

And maybe, please, could someone lock the dog owner in a hot car for, oh, maybe five or six hours?

Apparently the incident happened as the fired lady has claimed (just went on FB and discovered that one of my friends is one of the fired lady`s friend! huh, coincidental!)... the manager has fired 2 other people for the same reason!!
I hope the manager gets fired, too.

    Define "hot car" ?
There are some animal crazy people who panic.
I`ve pulled up at 7-11 and had people challenge me. I`ll be gone a total of 2 minutes at the atm but they get all bitchy and pissy.

No one wants to hurt a dog, but don`t be stupid people.

There are animal crazy people who panic, Gerry, and there are also stupid azz.holes who leave dogs in hot cars, killing them.

I don`t think you are such a person. But there`s no way for a stranger to know that.

It`s Walmart. They are famous for not giving a damn about anything other than profit and treating their staff badly because they can, so this is no surprise. Bad publicity might make them spend a little while making excuses until the incident stops appearing in the media, but nothing will change.

A couple (or at least one) baby died from being left in a hot car recently. The case was deemed not criminal.

You`re feeling for animal rights are no reason to insert yourself in other peoples lives. If you feel you must, call the police. Do not confront the individual face-to-face, and don`t be a F#CKING IDIOT and make threats. Oh and on a personal note. Anyone who thinks they have the right to vandalize my car when I leave my dog in there for any amount of time can go strait to hell. You`re basically committing breaking and entering to steal, my property. Cause like it or not pets, are property.

@Naitsirhc88, Pets are not property, pets can leave your sorry ass any time they want, (many more should liberate themselves IMO). Are kids your property as well? Some children are paid for, does that make them the property of their parents? And if pets are indeed your property, look after the f ucking things and dont leave them in hot cars to die. Pretty simple.

Not only would i smash your car window, i`d smash your f*c.k.ing head in as wel. Then dump you in the booth of the car and let you bake to your death. but thats` becuase i think that anybody with your lack of braincells is my property. get it?

@emmettyville- Don`t know the laws in Australia, but in America, by legal definition- for better or worse- pets are considered property.

Typical wal-mart policy. Best thing an assistant to do is just ignore anything that won`t affect their own ass.
