Begin with a moratorium on Kanye West, Justin Beiber and Miley Cyrus posts and take it from there.

Jake_Justus, let`s also have a moratorium on posts about things that haven`t occurred in the last year, i.e. old ass crap that isn`t relevant anymore, i.e. your posts.

Better yet, stop keeping stupid people alive. No more warning labels/signs! Abolish seat belt laws, helmet laws! No more OSHA! No more public assistance! Require a license to breed!

    Seriously... I`m not kidding.

Q: Why not use the technology from The Matrix and keep them in pods for their energy?
A: The amount of energy produced wouldn`t be able to light a 10 watt bulb.

"We`ve had, like, 4 in a row now! And each one stupider than the last."

Kind of a dumb statement. Because you don`t agree with someone`s politics, opinions, or policies doesn`t make them automatically stupid.

I`m kind of amazed that anyone could say, completely objectively, that Bush 1, Clinton, or Obama are dumb.

    Bush 1 ran the CIA.
Clinton has an IQ of 137.
Obama graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard Law.

BTW, Reagan, whom I`m sure you think was brilliant, had an IQ of around 105. Margaret Thatcher once said of him: "Poor dear, there`s nothing between his ears"

Honestly I have no problem with stupid peopel being famous as long as they have done something worthy of fame.

Plenty of musicians, artists, actors, comedians, and athletes probably aren`t very bright but they deserve their fame for excelling in other areas.

The problem is that we make stupid people with no discernible talent famous, like kardashian, or hilton.

"HolyGod, the average IQ in the USA is 98.25, so Regan was significantly above average*."

    I`m aware.

Average IQ is 100, that is what the scale is based on. Almost everyone falls in the 80-120 range. I wasn`t implying that 105 made him a moron or anything, but it is on the low side for US presidents.

"HG: The IQ rating, that I believe, you are quoting for Reagan is from an e-mail hoax."

That has Clinton`s IQ at 182, while I stated it was 137.

The numbers in the email hoax are the accurate numbers pulled from Political Psychology by Dean Keith Simonton, however in the hoax version Clinton`s score is grossly inflated while Bush`s score is grossly lowered. The rest I believe, are accurate. Although they are simply estimations in many cases.

Nobody ever accused Reagan of being vastly intelligent. That isn`t to say he wasn`t a good president. Intelligence and ability to govern are not necessarily correlative.

I`m just kind of blown away that anyone could make a statement that Clinton was dumb. The guy was a Rhodes Scholar.

HG, a POTUS don`t need to be smart. An average person of sound mind with a strong moral compass and the ability to persuade others is all that`s needed.

Sadly, it seems that these pre-requisites are not compatible with being elected to that office.

I still feel the world was cheated not to have seen Ron Paul elected. Not that I think he is the only man for the job, but he`s the only candidate that I felt would do more good than harm.

IMO, Obama was preferable to the other Republican candidates and look where he got us: More drone strikes and military spending (and deaths), more debt, an even more fcked up heathcare system, erosion of important rights, a quasi-police state operating in secret for the benefit of the few over the many.

May the lack of god have mercy on your non-existant souls.

    Yes sir.

If you look one post below yours you will see where I wrote:

    "into partisan politics"

What partisan politics? We are talking about the objective intelligence of various people.

HolyGod - IQ has nothing to do with "real smarts". By that I mean the application of intelligence to real world situations. There are some really stupid so-called Intelligent people out there. Correlation does not equal Causation.

IQ LOL!! I watch a professor with a very high IQ get told don`t park your car over there on the grass it`s all mud then proceed to park over there and get his car completely stuck in the mud he was warned about repeatedly spinning his wheels making it worse. Says alot about an IQ test.
