Can I get at least one friggin shot without the damn red ring so I can see it for myself?! a ring put directly over him and only slightly larger than him makes me really wonder how "invisible" he really is.

This is how video compression works, between the controlframes only the pixels changing "enough" is saved, this means the man dressed in greenbrown moving fast in front of the greenbrown background only have some of his pixels saved, hence the blurring, and only when he stands still in a controlframe he appears to come out of nowhere.
You can actually see him and others running the other way before the second tank arrives.

How invisibility works...

Did you see the alien space ship in the background?
That`s how it works.

Jeez, mute the damn soundtrack.

We see light; bend light and objects disappear.
SCIENCE!!!

They have technology now-a-days that would make sci-fi movies blush... hush hush.

Yeah, what Gerry said. The purpose of the red circle is to catch your eye so you don`t notice the guy running around from behind the tank.

Probably more like the idiot, backwards insurgents didn`t use a good enough toaster to film this with, resulting in a shoddy picture.

The picture quality is so bad that the guy getting out of the Humvee opens his door and you can`t even tell due to it lining up with the Humvee behind it. At first, I thought that was the 3:40 mark invisibility cloak.

Looks like desert camo to me. When the object "runs" past the black thing, it stays, at best, a light brown blur.

Circle is empty leading up to tank.
Guy walks around from behind the tank into the circle.

Abracadabra!

Red Circle + Neon Glow Filter + really crappy picture quality + really awesome background music? Was this on Fox News or CNN?
