Rockin' in the free world since 2005.

16 Stars Who Have Insured Body Parts [Pic]

Jennifer Lopezs butt has been a topic of conversation since Chris Rock brought it up at the MTV Music Awards in 2000, so its no surprise that the performer took out a $300 million insurance policy on her derrire.

You would think Mariah Carey would be worried about insuring her voice, which is what made the singer famous in the first place. Instead, she opted to insure her legs in 2006 for $1 billion after being named the face of Gillettes Legs Of A Goddess campaign.

In 2011 Holly Madison announced she insured her breast implants for $1 million. This was at the same time she was starring in the Las Vegas show Peepshow

Dolly Partons breast implants are just another part of the stars over-the-top personality. So much so that she took out an insurance policy on them for $600,000.

The only thing more famous than Julia Roberts smile is her infectious laugh. This must be why the actress took out a $30 million insurance policy with Lloyds of London.

Who knew Kylie Minogues backside was worth so much? The Australian singer insured her butt for a staggering $5 million.

In 2007 Rihanna was also named the face of Gillettes Legs Of A Goddess campaign. This time, the shaving company footed the bill when it came to insuring her famous legs for $1 million

When Jamie Lee Curtis did an advertising campaign with LEggs pantyhose, the company insured her legs for $2.8 million.

When Aquafresh made America Ferrera the face of their charity campaign, they made sure to play it safe by insuring the actress”s smile for $10 million

Its hard to believe that David Beckham, whose entire career is based on his talented legs, was given $70 million a lower insurance policy than Mariah Careys legs.

When appraising ones body parts, every little detail matters. While taking out an insurance policy on her legs, Heidi Klum had to go to London to be examined. Turns out one of her legs was valued at $2.2 million but the other was only valued at $1.2 million because of a tiny scar on her knee.

Since Daniel Craig performed many of the stunts in the James Bond movies, its no surprise that the actor took out a $9.5 million policy on his whole body.

Tina Turner may have an amazing singing career, but it was her energetic dancing that has made her such an amazing entertainer. No wonder her legs are worth a whopping $3 million.

Its been rumored that Madonna insured her breasts for $2 million. I wonder if this was during her cone bra days.

The strangest of these celebrity insurance policies is David Lee Roth, who insured his sperm for $1 million. Turns out the Van Halen front man worried his little swimmers might get a groupie pregnant, so he wanted child support to be built in.

Celebs make money off their image, so its no surprise that they insure their most famous assets, but still it seems odd

I would imagine Beckham`s lower insurance value than Carey`s is because his premiums would be a lot more on his insurance policy because he`s the one in real danger of having them broken during a match whereas her policy is more of a gimmick.

I insured my penis for 1 million .

It`s not that it`s famous, it`s just that I`m afraid of losing it.

So...How exactly do these policies work? I mean...does age, exercise, diet play a role in determining if they will for over the cash?
