My last first date was in 1983, but I guess I would worry that my date was a secret extraterrestrial, or that he didn`t understand that it is so wrong to pair a striped tie with a plaid shirt.

@solvent: #1 there were SEVERAL "farts" posts just the other day, quit complaining!
#2: the "r" and "c" keys are close together, but not close enough to explain away your comment. Freudian Slip perhaps :-/

@Naomie_111: Good observation! One big problem with the "boys" one was the one-sided & sexist nature of the "advice", eh? These hints do (mostly) apply to everyone!

All those things are pretty basic and are common to both men and women.
On more than a few occasions I`ve found myself calming down a date who has spilled his coffee or dropped something on the floor.
There`s a fine line between excitement and nervousness, but they`re all better than showing up on a date feeling indifferent.

I`m happy if she doesn`t turn and walk back out the door.

#5 If she likes him? She should kiss him first! Waiting passively is no longer an option in the 22nd Century...

This is slightly better than the one for boys (a couple of days ago...).

Top5.com couldn`t suck more if it tried. Is IAB is giving complimentary link-jobs to crappy websites for favours nowadays, or what?
