Especially since they have been sooooo truthful up to this point. link

I`m sorry, this isn`t a political game this is the IRS targeting political groups. Something that no one, regardless if they are liberal or conservative, should condone. For those who think this was just fine, remember the door swings both ways.

He said that if all information is acquired, the case could be accepted. Then when asked if he accepted any tea party cases his brain got fuzzy and he said "I can`t address that, I can not recall"

But on march 17, 2012 the screening group manager received an email from his "superiors" said that

"EOT does not want all of the tea party cases. They only want 2 of them and want us to hold the remainder."

Also the 4 ways the determined who was tea party.

1. If 9/12 project, tea party, or patriots were mentioned.

2. If it included issues of government spending, or debt, or taxes.

3. Educating americans about legislative representatives to make america a better place.

4. If statements in the case file are critical of how the country is currently being run.

...No, who could see any bias in that?

Yes, why would he lie about his political affiliations? Maybe to make it seem like he was incompetent and not biased in anyway to avoid going to prison, perhaps? But who would ever do that?

He testified though that there is no evidence that he ever benefited a republican group. Either financially, or through volunteer work. He was a republican because he said he was a republican.

He goes on to say that he didn`t even know what the tea party was, and was shocked that there was more than one group and that they had different web sites with names other than "tea party".

He never said their was no bias in the IRS he said "I am not aware of that" and he had "I have no reason to believe" that the white house played a part.

Andrew: True, they`ve tried to defend the snooping and targeting multiple ways. But in the end their last line of defense is to yell "Racism!".

Well you know what, I hate Obama`s white half too.

@SmagBoy2 This "claims" to account for 2 guys... now how about the other 86? That`s a dead minimum number, btw.

Also: Why did these "reverse psychology terrorists" WAIT until AFTER the election to break the story? It was KNOWN before the 2012 elections by the AG, but "sat upon" by... Eric Holder!

Of course! Eric Holder is a SECRET REPUBLICAN AGENT!!!

That would explain quite a lot, actually...

LOL Holygod. Yes, the non-progressive agenda is tax dodging. Not tax reform, but actually not paying taxes. And for that, they should be targeted. By the way, It`s not just tea party groups, so your argument is invalid anyways.

You can tell they are getting a little desperate. Every day they come at this scandal with a new angle, a new line of arguments just as implausible as the previous day.

First they come for the tea party, and you actually cheer. Tomorrow, they come for one of your sacred cows, but it`s too late.

I review groups trying to pay less taxes.
I more closely scrutinize groups whose main platform is not paying taxes.

Duh?

Firstly, I`m sure this is why Lois pled the 5th. Secondly, they still DID it. Thirdly, it was MORE than just Cincinnati, so that kind of nixes this. Fourthly, they apologized, which implies an admission of wrong-doing. Fifthly, this is contradicted by a bajillion other testimonies, including that of other agents, including some who say they were following orders from Washington.

Congrats, hackmen.
