She may be a 51-year-old MILF, she looks good--real good. How does she do it? Facials... literally.

@HalfPintRoo: Lolz! Very nice!

@sutra46: Kitten & Hedgie video was excellent! And "TheSorryGirls" were wearing cat-ears! I haz a happy now!
In fact ALL your videos are adorable!

@FancyLad takes a day off? @The_Mods have real lives?

@ferdyfred is correct: It`s the end of the world! (as we know it)

@FeeFee: Just keep submitting! If you like it? Chances are good someone else likes it too!

Yeah, a few "technical updates" would be nice at IAB, but it`s stable and (mostly) works well, so perhaps the "if it ain`t broke..." wisdom applies.

@ Kitteh: I`m sorry to hear you had a health issue. I really hope you`re OK. We missed you, but like Madduck says, if you need rest, be sure to get it. We`ll muddle along like the bunch of lunatics we are.

Oh good heavens!! Kitteh- I hope you are okay? Go back to bed, leave this place at once and rest. Be well, we are fine and whilst we will manage poorly without you, manage we will.

On behalf of the other mods and myself, I am sorry for your wait. I work nights at the moment and slept all day yesterday, so I wasnt able to jump on.

I have something popping up here within the hour and a few more things coming throughout the day. I am hitting the sheets here shortly, but I hope someone else pops on to help you guys out.

Also, I am really glad to see that even without us keeping things running smoothly, you guys were able to keep things interesting in this forum.

Remember, you guys are IAB.

You know what would be interesting? If this place seizes to exist would the community be able to work together and reincarnate IAB be it under a different name. It`s the readers that submit after all and they may as well mod and approve.

There ought to be a panic button on each thread. If enough registered users hit it (for reasons of spam, abuse or no new posts) then Fancy gets an email.

Gosh. Well, I hope Fancy or Kitteh or *someone* on staff checks in soon. This is getting a little weird. =O.O=

FeeFee, on the strength of your username alone, I think you should keep submitting and commenting until you become one of the regulars. I probably submitted 20 things before finally getting something to go up.

Check this article on The US Loony Bible

They`ve redefined internet addiction as a mental illness, "normal grief" is now be classed as a major depressive disorder and childhood temper tantrums would be a symptom of disruptive mood dysregulation disorder. This is all quite funny as it means people suffering from grief may be ineligible for certain jobs, such as being an airline pilot. No word about PMS or religion in the article though.

My current favourite post in Live Submissions is the one on Egyptian KFC deliveries in Gaza. Those guys really need an airlift like the 1948-49 Berlin airlift. Then they could get pizzas delivered with the crust still crisp.

"Been on here for bloody years n never seen a dearth
like this, not even a "we got problems" post???"

I don`t think anyone actively monitors this place. Perhaps Fancy has got a day job and he and the mods just check in ever few days to queue up more posts and tot up the advertising income.

Feefee,
I don`t really use the favourites thing but on the face of it it doesn`t sound a bad idea.

As for your daily routine of visiting IAB, it`s pretty much the same for me too... I wake up, open up the news websites to see who`s been killing/shagging/dying/stealing whilst I`ve been sleeping..and then open up IAB to see the funnies/interesting bits of the day.

That`s actually quite cool. I was busy yesterday- and IAB did not distract me. Damn good show Fancy. i will forward my schedule and expect more of this in future LOL.. actually- all it will mean is that I have a very clean flat. Still- essays done until Autumn- revising for exam now. 3 weeks to go...

Midnight Movie: The Woman in the Window 1944 Classic "Film Noir" (don`t argue about the technical definition of "Film Noir" unless you are a hipster scumbag) starring Edward G. Robinson and Joan Bennett, featuring one of the lamest "twist" endings in cinema history.

Also since the mods always ignore my idea--does anyone else think a check box system in the favs would be a good idea? I`ve been wanting for years to weed out my favorites because I actually use them like a legit list of what I`d like to see again and delete/refresh method IAB uses to remove favs is a pain in the ass for someone that has been visiting the site 7 years and has a mile of favs piled up. Just saying.

Huh. So I know that no one cares, but I just had this strange weird realization. I`ve been a member of IAB since 2006, I think it is, and I was following the site a bit before that. It`s just my daily ritual. I rarely comment and I rarely try to add anything myself, but I still visit it daily despite the fact that I only find a gem every now and then. I`m not particularly invested in the site and all my attempts to contribute anything to it go ignored. And now I`m just sitting here staring at the site and just having this like moment of holy crap I`ve been visiting this website daily for years without even thinking about it. It`s so automatic. I don`t ever get on the computer and go...think I`ll visit IAB today. I just do it for no discernible reason. It`s so strange to me that a website I don`t interact pretty much at all on can be such a small and yet consistent part of my day for that long. It just kind of blew my mind for a moment and I thought I`d share. I`ll shut up now.

@Sqrlz, I hadn`t realised that Kitteh covers submissions on Sundays but I did notice that she dropped off of the radar a number of days ago. Content since then has been somewhat mediocre in my opinion though others have been trying to pick up the slack.

Anyway, I hope that your projection is correct...and that Kitteh is also enjoying herself wherever she may be.

@ Turdburglar: Actually, those were really good. Thanks!

@ Geogypsy: Here`s my theory. The usual routine has been for Kitteh to run the show on Sundays--I think as a favor to Fancy, somehow (I don`t know the details, but Fancy`s publicly thanked her on here for volunteering to do Sundays). I suspect Kitteh had another obligation today and no one was found to fill in. I`m sure things will be back to normal tomorrow morning.

He also wanted me to tell you you`re all a bunch of ungrateful toads.

All right then. What are you still standing around for? Move along now.

All the mods at FancyLads pool party or something?
