Cory, there are similarities in the way wind flows (air currents) and the way water flows. That`s about it. Flying and swimming are like walking and riding a bike.

Someday I`ll do up another Enterprise D but for now I`m workin gone the original.
With every station on the bridge lit up individually. Nearly complete.

Cory, swimming relies on resistive forces and reaction forces whilst flying is the product of lift. They arent the same thing at all.

@gerry, swimming is the same as flying, just in a thicker medium. (air is just a very thin liquid, i.e. gas)

That`s good. Lots have tried to make the Enterprise fly, from rockets to this, but the best example of didn`t fly at all.... it swam.
