    they need to outlaw 3 dimensions. If we only were allowed to use 2 dimensions, this would not be possible.

    @spanz - sad thing about that is I bet there are a few people in Washington who are seriously considering that & think it`s a great idea!

    I notice certain people steer clear of any mention of 3D printed guns. And when they do say something, it`s that this guy is a villain. He`s not, he`s just a messenger, a messenger who is telling us what the future is really going to be like.

    America: Just outlaw guns the way you outlawed drugs! Then NO ONE will have any!

    Simple really...

    Other things that ought to be made illegal: Murder, speeding, fatness, Kinder Eggs, vampires, photocopiers...

    This is why we can`t have nice things.

    Airport checks are going to get a whole lot worse, aren`t they?

    @Langer

    Why would airport checks get worse because people can print plastic guns? It was already quite possible to make plastic guns before 3d printing. 3d printing is simply an additive manufacturing method.

    Just because you can print an operable plastic gun doesn`t mean you`d actually want to fire a real bullet through it.

    I`d think you`re more likely to lose a few fingers than actually hurt another person with it.

    Notice the broken trigger from someone just dry-firing it? Would you really want to put a live round through it?
