    Rather looks like word salad.
Perhaps it`s misunderstood song lyrics as written by a person that does not speak English as a first language.

It`s one of things where someone decided to put English words on a t-shirt and sell it in a non-English speaking country. Like when people get tattoos of Chinese symbols thinking they`re getting "strength", "honor" or "courage" and they`re really getting "douchebag", "moron", "ugly idiot". The people buying this shirt have no clue what they`re getting, so you can put anything on it.

Many years ago, people started emblazoning their favourite causes on T-shirts (Save the Whales; No Nukes; Ironworkers for Jesus; blah-blah-blah) for the first time. After a few years, it was getting old, and sarcastic slogans like "Nuke the Gay Whales for Jesus" (the most well-known one) began showing up on tees in response.
The one above is an attempt to make a funny "universal protest shirt" by someone without a good command of English.

I have never worn a tee-shirt with an advertisement or slogan on it. Just a pocket for my cigarettes.
