@FinePoint: No, but that`s how ThatGuySmiley wants people to interpret it. They are in a position to easily empathize with the victims of the bombings.

Well, if I lived somewhere that had bombs going off everyday I`d probably just f*cking move.

@FinePoint. They are merely offering a little global perspective. Underlining how much wrong is going on in Syria everyday. Does not come across as smart ass or arrogant to me.

It would have been in interesting twist had it been Syrian rebels.

I`m not even addressing certain earlier posts in this thread because they are beneath contempt.

In other news: They`ve apprehended Suspect #2. Thank God.

Hold that thought... ""Unfortunately we did not have enough people to establish a perimeter at that time," Alben said."

Alben = the police superintendent.

I think they`ve lost him.

One thing about all this though, I simply cannot believe the blanket coverage it`s getting in the UK, the media are going beserk over it. 24 minutes of one news bulletin was dedicated to it. Less than 30 seconds was given over to the UK losing it`s AAA bonds rating, and nothing at all was given to yet another Iraqi bomb massacre that killed 24.

UK media is seriously unbalanced these days - hell some of them are covering it more heavily than the US media is...

It`s gonna be a tough one separating the wheat from the other sh*t in Syria if Al Queda is involved, but, the US was anything from tranquil during it`s coming of age. We conveniently forget that. Let the Syrian voters decide (like Egypt) and then work from there.

Exactly, shine the light on the truth, Syrians!

How the people are in nation of the world`s #1 terrorist regime:

How people are when disaster strikes in the nation of the world`s #1 terrorist regime:

How the nation housing the world`s #1 terrorist regime is seen around the world:

If only the people who lived there could do something about it...
