I`m not blaming the guy. All I`m saying is the guy is shot in his own office, apparently with many guns surrounding him. Do you think they`re not going to investigeate Kyle considering it`s now March and they have no leads?

No. I meant you can`t be serious as to blame Kyle for it. I knew about the shooting. I blame the ATF for it as a matter of fact.

"Considering his business partner was found shot in the head in their own offices do you people think he`d not be investigated for something?"

You can`t be serious.

clearly someone "tipped them off" and reported him for doing this, and of course as law enforcement they can not just ignore a report like this.

It`s the same as in my job. I`m a customer service guy in an online game.. if someone reports a violation, say talking about guns in a public chat channel, I HAVE to action him, no matter my opinion about guns. Of course the guy I suspend because of this will think that "*gamecompany* is going after gun advocates"... but it`s clearly bullpoo. There are laws, if he broke them, even if he didn`t know about it, he has to face the consequences.

Also the same with the famous "police doing something wrong" videos.. you always insist that the officers face the consequences of their not knowing the law.. why not in this case?

Exactly what I thought. Just you watch, the ATF will never give clear reasoning for the raid. It`s a common law enforcement tactic: Illegally search and seize with out a good reason, hope to find something, and if they do they can claim that something as their reason for going in the first place.

They are going to try and make an example of him, to scare the crap out of legal gun owners. This is bullsh|t and I hope he fights them.

Certainly, he was making money. As the anchor said, he`s making bank off of ad revenue. The whole privacy and rights infringement and whatever is another argument, but you have to admit that.

They`re trying to get him on a illegal use of explosives charge, because of a bullpoo law.
The explosives he uses are perfectly legal for civilian use, but when you film it and earn money on it, it becomes commercial use, which requires a permit.
