Since you asked, Piper, I prefer the landing strip or soul patch look. Just enough fur to keep it interesting and help keep me oriented when I`m down there on a mission. (Did I just type that? OMG, new topic. >.< )

That`s actually the razor I use. It`s got the neat little trimmer on one end and the razor on the other. :)

On the flip side, a mowed lawn mean that there will be an marked absence of a great natural odor absorber

I like a person with a wild untamed garden, myself.

@Squrlz4: I think you`re onto something with the "California" idea. Beach, bikinis... mow the lawn!

Lolz! The cat has fur at the start :-)
(Yes I know it`s a different cat, I am an expert after all)

Just watched this a second time and I`m surprised at how explicit, in a coy way, it is. Yes, there`s the hairless pussy at the end, but also in the middle you have the woman singing about "just tulips (two lips) on the mound."

I`m also intrigued by Chalket`s observation that this British commercial is done with American accents. Presumably the ad agency felt that trimming pubic hair is more of an American thing, perhaps has a sexy "California" vibe to it, and that British women are more prone to taking style tips of this sort from American women than fellow Brits. I guess? (No offense intended, British ladies!)

Cute commercial that`s really promoting a trend I`m all in favor of. =^.^=

Related story: I recently read that physicians are reporting that Phthirus pubis, aka the pubic louse, is becoming increasingly rare. While "crabs" were commonplace 50 years ago, many physicians seldom or never see the lice nowadays, which require pubic hair to deposit their nits (aka, eggs) on to survive. Some suggest that if the trend toward shaving off pubic hair continues, pubic lice may become virtually extinct, at least in the United States.

On the other hand, bed bugs have come roaring back. So I guess it`s a case of one step forward, one step back.

There`s some serious marketing going on here... a UK ad with a distinct American accent (and attitude)? Here in the states, advertisers use a Brit accent to add "class" and an air of sophistication. I shudder to think what they were going for by using Yanks?
