"They were just trying to help me chew--and I didn`t accept them! Waahhahahah!"

This is hilarious and touching at the same time.

Oh dear, I just want to hug her and tell her that everything`s going to be alright and that it`s normal to reject parts of yourself that would harm the rest...LOL What a sweetie.

    I don`t get this crap.

I`m 32 now. Last year, I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out. I got put on an IV that knocked me out cold. I woke up, walked to my car, and fell asleep on the way home. I wasn`t delirious or acting crazy or anything.

I am so glad my wisdom teeth haven`t grown in yet. At this point, I doubt they will ever grow in, not that I don`t mind or anything...

As far as I`m aware, same for the military. I know I wasn`t knocked out, doubt anyone is. General anesthetic seems far more dangerous, regardless of age and health, than the pain of taking a couple local shots.

@ scuzoid.. We only use a local because there is always that chance for the patient to never wake up again. People like to use general anesthetic because they are scared of the dentist...If a person is super terrified and has the extra money to spend then they may want a general anesthetic however, wisdom teeth can be extracted just fine without it. Typically a topical anesthetic that is 20% benzocaine is applied and then the injections are given..of course your face goes super numb and you may talk funny for a couple of hours but you would still completely have your mind afterwards...

I was totally knocked out for my wisdom teeth. Woke up crying. My mouth doesn`t open very widely so I think I would have had a tough time holding my mouth wide open enough for four back teeth to be yanked out.

What a stupid bitch...get some real drating problems. I wish people like this would just never wake up from the anesthesia.
