He is too small to be able to hold his weapon properly, but Ahmed, is already a fighter in the Syrian civil war.

So they teach an 8 year old to take a hand grenade up to soldiers. Now if said soldiers were to shoot the kid before he gets to them and blows them all up they`re labeled "baby-killers" and villainized.

Then the guys who gave them the hand grenade will post a video on the net, but just the part where the soldiers kill the kid. And there will be much chest thumping and armchair generals at home will protest right after they get their Starbucks dbl.

This is bullsh-t.. It`s shocking that his parents were killed in front of him, but he needs to be put somewhere safe, it`s not going to be so cute or courageous when he has his head split apart by an enemy bullet. added to that I wouldn`t want a kid shooting a rifle anywhere near me, argue about the young kids you see down the gun range handling their weapons safely and responsibly, but you add panic and clumsiness caused when rounds start coming in.. Our governments seem to be supporting this rebellion, but if these are the guys who are going to be taking control, they`ll only turn on us when they don`t need our support anymore (Mujaheddin?). Shame on these fu-kheads and their whole part of the world.

I have no problems with any race, but I do have a massive problem with some cultures.
Especially ones that want me dead because I do not follow their particular religion or belong to their lineage.
Seeing kids like this actually offends MY cultural belief system.

How come he gets a fully automatic assault rifle, but I can`t have a semi-automatic rifle that holds more than 10 rounds?

First take away HIS gun, then get back to me.

"People who do that to children are animals. They don`t want peace, no matter how much suffering they perpetuate on their own people."

I totally agree, the Syrian regime are monsters for killing his family.

Likely not,it most likely came from present military stocks, but if you follow current news both the UK and France are openly discussing arming the rebels there.

Oh, I forgot. We`re supposed to "honor and respect all cultures". I guess that includes this culture as well.... ?

I don`t think so.

This is very common in Civil wars. In the American civil war children were encouraged to write "18" on a piece of paper and put it in their shoe, so they could swear that they were over 18. As many as 20% of Civil War soldiers were younger than 18. Many were very good shots too, like Johnny Clem who shot down a Confederate colonel at age 10. It isn`t nice, but it happens in war.

And here´s what our imbecilic western governments recognize as legitimate and wish to sell weapons to.
