If i saw that i`d go over and sit in that vacant chair beside him and say "Hi, i noticed the back of your shirt, and i was curious, is that just a shirt you`re wearing or can you really scare me? As you can see, i`m white, but I haven`t been scared for a long time."

Could be read on many levels. Is it a boast, a regret, a challenge, an invitation?

I guess it depends on who`s reading it. Personally I think he`s just way too up himself.

Oh sure! `Cause all white people react the same!
That`s so racist.

I saw a motorcyclist today with no helmet, low cut shoes, and a bright orange T-shirt that read CAN YOU SEE ME NOW non-nice individual, while he blazed through traffic recklessly.

It doesn`t say he wants to scare white people, just that he does. Unfortunately, that`s probably correct in a lot of cases.
