I have twisty ties and chip clips... why waste time and cut bottle.

Who really as a bagel transportation problem. Hell here in NYC bagels are lifestyle unlike anywhere else and we`ve managed fine for a century plus.

A better trick for the onion is to cut it after keeping it chilled. Cutting it away from it`s stem. This method is a waste of money.

Why waste a straw when you can just slice to the top off the strawberry and pull the stem out.

I love me some cool ranch. I`ll try this.

Yeah, except for that plastic is probably made from whatever toxic waste they have lying around in China at the time.

It`s called a sandwich baggie and it works for more than just sandwiches. Overall this was meh, wouldn`t refer to it as cheating or hacking.

Strawberries- the procedure is know as hulling and if the Strawberries are rip it is just a case of pinching and twisting up the hull. If they do not come off cleanly then the strawberries should be left in the sun for a day to ripen. If any fruit is not ripe enough then pop it in a paper bag with a ripe banana- this gives off a gas which is used commercially to speed ripening.

CDs can be safely stored between slices in a loaf of bread.

Since most of them require extra work and assembling items I don`t have (plastic water bottle, mortar/pestle), I wouldn`t call these "making my life easier". They were interesting tricks so I would call them life hacks.

#2. Way to make more work for yourself and waste a drinking straw. Strawberry stems pop out very easily if you pull them straight up.

#1. Nope. I have never had the urge to sprinkle cool ranch Doritos on anything. I actually like to eat healthy foods rather than processed corn with flavoring dust poofed on them.
