Actually accomplishing this parlor trick is much easier than trying to photoshop it. Why bother? There is nothing remotely "impossible" here. The hardest part is balancing the toothpicks together, and even that really isn`t too difficult.

@drawman61
The toothpick is blurred because the balancing forks are moving it slightly.

@Reebo
We will doubt you, because you are WRONG. There are two forks, with interlocked tines. Just because the angle hides one handle is not evidence of "shopped."

@robthelurker
Sounds really unstable and difficult, photo please!

i like stacking pennies when i get bored, put two pennies on their sides next to each other, then lay a penny on top of the two, then you do that again right next to the other one, then you put pennies on their sides on top of the pennies laying on the other two, and then you lay a penny on top of those two, and then put a penny on its side on top of that one and thats pretty much as high as you can go. try it. maybe use nickles.

@Reebo, you`re a ree-tard. There are two forks, and there is no spoon

Picture taken from a bad angle, you can`t see the other fork. But 2 tricks nicely combined.

Doubt me all you like, but the image has indeed been modified. The fork has an additional set of tines in it that connect to nothing. There`s no fork attached to them.Zoom in on the fork tines and take a look for yourself. Why someone would remove the second fork is a mystery, but they tried to

My comments about the knives, which I made clear earlier is that yes this can be done, but the lower knife appears to be out of position to make contact with the upper knife. While feasible, the fact that the image was doctored to begin with lends doubt.

Wow, looking at the "this is obviously Photoshopped" comments, you can tell you have never used photoshop. You don`t know how to google either. This is very easy trick to do...

@Rebo - what is shown is the right way. Try it. Simply weave the tips of the knives in an under/over way, each supporting the other (think of Eschers endless stairs and you will get the idea).

The toothpick on the fork is blurred suggesting they took this just as it collapsed. I vote Fake.

Impossible = unable to be done.
This trick has obviously been done, or we would not be looking at the picture in faux-astonishment. Is there a stop missing? Perhaps it is the Stella that is impossible.

I guess when you get that bored with the beer you have to find out some way of entertaining yourself.

And one toothpick is balancing on the other. That`s the part that takes extra finesse, because of the delicate knife tripod rig beneath.

One toothpick is wedged by downward force into a stable 45 with the lip & the bottleneck. The other toothpick is jammed into the tines of the fork.

@Reebo, it`s not `shopped. The other fork is pointing straight towards the camera, and so it is hidden behind the other fork. You can see the shadow of the second fork to the right of the left-most bottle. He probably lined up the shot that way on purpose.

Bad photoshop job. At a minimum the fork(s) have been faked. Look at the interlocking tines and then notice the absence of the recpricol fork. Likely means the whole thing is faked. There`s a way to do the center bottle on the knives but what is shown is incorrect

Not impossible. Actually, not even that difficult.
