Lesson learned here is everything has sugar in it.

No mention of the fact that the sugar in fruit is Fructose, which has to be converted to glucose via the liver, so it`s released at a much steadier rate than, eating something with an equivalent amount of glucose (which pretty much hits the bloodstream all at once).

JXS, true, except fruits and vegetables also have fructose. It is harder to break down than glucose, but nowhere near that of sucrose.

It`s sort of misleading to show the fruit this way, since that`s not refined sugar.

Glucose is a natural sugar that is good for you which is found in most things and is easily digested by the body.
Processed sugar is entirely different which is called sucrose which is an additive. It is not found in fruits. Some people might not understand the difference between.
