Introvert. Definitely. I prefer home, family and close friends.

Bipolar so it depends on the time of the day.

I think introverts are better equipped to survive the zombie apocalypse. We won`t be seeking out people to be with and potentially hooking up with a zombie or a non-zombie who does something stupid that gets us both killed.

Misnamed...I thought I`d find out how to tap into my "hidden powers." Instead, all I found was a really depressed man with crazy baggage talking about how he felt "excluded."

I`m a good acting introvert. I would rather sit inside and do research on something I find interesting intellectually. But all my friends growing up were loud get out and do stupid sh*t folk. So I have them to thank for breaking me out of my shell a bit. School systems should take this into consideration with how they teach as well.

When I am asked which one I think I am, I always have a hard time answering. When he is talking about introverts vs. extroverts in work, I fall on the extrovert side. Yet when he talks about them in social life, I`m on the introvert side.
So I`m either a calm extrovert, or an over-stimulated introvert?

I tell people I`m an introvert, but I`m actually just lazy and stupid.

We`re out there: stop oppressing us with your activities and achievements!

I think this video overstretches a little the pains of introversion, and gets some issues wrong, but as it becomes more broad based at the end it gets better. As I studied, the simple difference between extroverts and introverts is that the latter absorbs too much information for its brain to handle comfortably, while the former is the opposite.

I`m in the mildly interesting case of an introvert raised and surrounded (almost entirely) by intelligent, but strong, extroverts while I was growing up. As a result of my attempts to adapt to my social environment, I have a pretty droll/kooky personality. If you ever find someone like me, hopefully you`ll understand why they`re a little... off.

@h0ax_d3m0n, look up MBPT, it`s only one part of personality and well researched. Also, you can learn to behave in different ways to your natural state - like being right handed but learning to write with your left hand. You are still naturally right handed.

I`m basically an introvert and do most things by myself (live, travel, work, etc.). But I can also be a ham when I feel comfortable around the people I`m with. So, it`s all based on circumstance.

The only recurring "crap" I get about it is people constantly marveling that I am okay with traveling alone. Have actually had people try to FORCE me to be with other random people on MY vacation because they can`t believe a woman can be ok just enjoying herself on her own.

`I`m very introverted, and no one has ever given me poo for it. People just understand I like "me" time and don`t like crowds. Move on.`

I`m an introvert too, and I have gotten crap for it, though mainly in my late-teens, early twenties. Being in my late-twenties now, I think most people have learned that it`s just who I am, though someone did make a crack at a party recently (probably due to alcohol). Part of being an introvert is learning how to handle the comments.

Seriously, I had to stop. I`m very introverted, and no one has ever given me poo for it. People just understand I like "me" time and don`t like crowds. Move on.

I am definitely an introvert and have been doing a lot of research on introversion for a huge paper I have due at the end of this year. Anyone who`s interested more about introversion should take a look at the Susan Cain TedTalk, it`s pretty interesting. http://www.ted.com/talks/susan_cain_the_power_of_introverts.html

`this is such a load of poo. you cant define a person by one word, introvert or extrovert. human beings differ too much, most people will probably find that they are a mixture of both of these things. sounds like the person who made this video is a so called "introvert"`

You obviously didn`t watch the whole video, because it clearly states that nobody is completely introverted or completely extroverted.
