For those who are tired of choosing between Coke and Pepsi. I-A-B, is there a capable candidate in this lot?

@madest that`s where I am now. I`m not really a republican, but I can`t vote for either candidate so I went third party.

I like living in Canada where things actually mean stuff and voting does stuff to things.

...I swear that made sense in my head.

I`ll gladly support Johnson in 2016, but right this moment it`s too important to get Obama out.

You republicans that can`t wrap your head around voting for Obama should consider one of these cats. Your party poops on you. Your party propped up at least 6 crappy nominees and perhaps 3 moderately decent ones. Your vote for Mitt means they could prop up anybody and you`d blindly accept whatever nonsense they`d throw at you. There`s not a republican on the national stage who hasn`t called Mitt an a-hole. Think about that.

FFS if this is a debate can we dispense with the straw men every single one of them beats up on in the same way and get some distinctions between them? I mean, I seriously am looking for the best person to throw my vote away on principle. I know it sounds like a cynical joke, but what the hell else can I do? These people acting like a committee are not doing themselves any favors, Larry King or no.

"If it wasn`t a waste of a vote I would go third party."

it is THAT mindset that makes third parties stay irrelevant. if everyone that was not satisfied with coke or pepsi voted third party than the popular vote would be DRASTICALLY different. most people that dont like the dems or reps will either not bother to vote or will vote for one of the two that they kinda sorta feel is the lesser of 2 evils. if everyone "threw away" there vote for a third party that felt this way then the result of the popular vote would be drastically different than from what you see every 4 years. and it would result in the opening up of a 3rd party for once

I love having a job where I can watch (or listen) to something like this while I work. I`d never heard a third party debate. This was good to bring a little reality into the picture. If it wasn`t a waste of a vote I would go third party.

I think this debate could`ve been better if they focused on individual topics rather than a broad spectrum. The Dummocrats and Republitards have given us enough grand-standing as it is, I feel like this debate gave us more of that. I am glad when it got to the Drug Wars and Education. Those moments were of real substance, which the MSM ones were completely devoid of.
