Link: Starbucks On Starbucks - This just about sums it up, doesn`t it? I swear, you can`t get a cup of coffee there without it tasting burnt as hell.

Over-roasted and burnt-tasting. It`s an acquired taste, and a lot of us can`t be bothered to try, especially at those prices!

Aside from being terribly overcooked coffee, they also screw the coffee farmers on price so hard that they have to grow on what used to be protected elephant preserve. Because of Starbucks, the population of south American elephants has gone from over 5000 in 1985 to 3 as of 2011. Drink up dumba$$e$.

Andicicle - I already knew there arent American Elephants, but I checked it anyway. Please, for the love of god, only comment like that if you intend to be productive.

Anyway, I like the frappucinos. Caramel.

Andicicle: I`m guessing you mean South African elephants? If not, Starbucks must be the oldest company on earth since the last South American elephantoid went extinct about six thousand years ago.

About Starbucks: We finally(?) got one here too, and from my previous experiences with US coffee I was pleasantly surprised, apart from the cashiers trying to sell me half the store, including but not limited to the cups.

I`ve never had coffee at Starbucks, but I knew a guy who used to buy it to make at home. I thought it tasted like used transmission fluid. I buy Wal-mart store brand and make it with a cold process, and it`s great.
