There is a bookstore like this in the town I live in. It is four floors tall and every room looks like the one in this pic. Different rooms are different styles of literature but it is still rather unorganized. Including piles and stacks of books on the floor since he is out of shelf space. I spend hours in that store every time I go there,

Oh god, no. No no no. That looks so incredibly disorganized that it set my OCD brain into a fit.

At first, I thought, "How stupid. Obviously this is a bookstore--see the hanging sign?" Then I thought, "Oh wait. What a brilliant idea for my house." signed, Three floors of books and I can`t find that damned copy of Whatsis by Whatisnamne.

Home library? That just looks like an independent bookshop.

I have to admit, I trimmed my books down to an essential collection of just over a hundred and have been getting into eBooks. Two reason, space and the sheer ability to cary around so many books. wish I could have a splendid old collections but reality dictates I need more space for my DVD collection. My CD collection also went electronic years ago.

I came. Did anyone else do the same? Screw those stupid electronic tablets. Books are the thing. The one and only. I take my books to bed, after the old man falls asleep. I am not made of money, so most of my books are used, and yet, they still have that sensual book smell. I am a fast reader, so when I was young and broke (and when there were still all kinds of bookshops about), I would go into said bookshops and stand, sqaut, or sit in the aisles, and read the books.

Pretty much most village bookshops look like that in Blighty, wonderful one in Laugharne West Wales, old 16th century house, which just goes on and on through dusty old oak beamed rooms full of books dated back to god knows when, walk in and just smell the vellum

Looks like Shakespeare & Company in Paris. I miss that old bastard Whitman who ran the store. Had some good times with him.

That could be any bookshop in England, most likely Hay-On-Wye, NOT a home library, stupid yank.

In twenty years you`ll be looking a brain transmission of a computer store while saying: "PC shoppe. I miss them but, now you go to the doctor and get augmented. My newly implanted interface is better than the previous which itched like crazy!!"

Porn will come directly from someone else`s mind.

Strange Days. Utopia...

All that is missing for me is a old carved wooden box full of weed and an ashtray next to the chair and I`d be in my own little slice of heaven.

It looks like a place that used to be near where I live. That one was like a rabbit burrow and you would never know where anything was, but the owner did. I loved that shop but when the old man who owned it died it got turned into a house. I bet if I looked I would have found loads of spiders and mites in it but I didn`t care, it was a shop made of books.

I think it is a bookshop from all the signs around the place.
Kinda a normal one to me. We have lots of them here in the south. Exeter probably has several.

That is awesome! It looks just like an old used book shop I found when I was in Boston last December
