"I admire his spunk."

Oh, THAT`s what the stain at the bottom of the page is.

So what that English is his second language, hope that he/she talks better than their grammar. For they come across as a keen go getter.

You don`t need to be an English major to work at Domino`s so yeah I`d hire him. Bet he`s a go-getter.

As long as the guy wants to work, which he obviously does, I`d give him a job.

He wouldn`t be the best employee you could hire, but on the other hand, you could pay him with plastic poker chips.

When you can barely speak English any job seems like a miracle. Still, some idiot teenager who hates the job will probably do it better than him simply because he speaks English better.

Yeah, right. You hire this guy for his attitude, and the next thing people are phoning up yelling that their Hawaiian `za has anchovies on it or the vegetarian is covered in pepperoni. You take your chances when you hire a guy whose English sounds like Yoda on acid.

vv What Coyoteking said. Well, maybe except for the "hired" part - I`d have to interview first. But yeah, I bet he`d be extremely chipper and a bloody hard worker.

And the job went to some pooty 17 year old who doesn`t even want to be there and is only there because his parents made him get a job.

When applying for a fast food job I never included or even thought about including a cover letter. He seams motivated. I would definitely call him in for an interview at least to ask why he changed fonts mid letter.

Or a deaf person. They don`t use the same grammer or sentance structure
we do. Because of our fine education system many deaf people are
functionally illiterate.

Hopefully English is a second language. In which case his second language is better than mine. Hard to make fun of that.
