I am a brewer and I had found it kinda cool that our president had brought back something that our first president partook in. With the American craft beer industry as one of the only industries that is growing and still producing products in the US, I thought the whole thing was pretty cool and had only read articles which were always accompanied with right wingers going about about "How dare he indulge in a time of recession, blah blah blah."

I didn`t know you could politicize home brew, but the right found a way. Now that I see this White House brewhouse is actually a very minimal homebrew set up I invite all right wingers to shut up forever.

Oh, look that same retarded talk has already started here. "Spend money elsewhere" Nice... You mean the 20 dollars the spent on extract and the repurposing of pots already around the kitchen, and a few 20 dollar carboys. Yeah this is the issue that needs a partisan economic commentary on. Pay no attention to our defense budget. Damn you guys are dumb.

Do people complain when he drinks a glass of wine? Homebrewing is cheaper than buying beer. How dare he use tax dollars to eat food. That is what your criticism is boiling down to.

3:10. "He paid for the equipment and ingredients and us chefs worked on it in our spare time." But that`s entirely beside the point. Do you expect the white house the to serve Ramen, Hot Dogs, and Bud Light Lime for every meal?

Nice, so private White House chefs are all the sudden a problem when Obama is in office. Pay no attention to the fact that every other president has always had them. The sky is falling, the sky is falling.

President Obama pays for all the ingredients and brewing equipment out of his personal pocket. But you guys know that. You just can`t stop lying. If something as cool as this still gets you riled it is pretty clear that you have unconditional hatred for the President of the United States. In your eyes he is damned before he does anything. What a negative way to live.

As soon as HE STOPS ACTING LIKE A PARTISAN HACK and stops using executive orders to decide what laws he will and will not enforce, and in total just drating up this country, I will support him, and vote for him. poo, I`ll suck the man`s dick.

I was getting pissed at this too until I did a little research. The feds are only raiding dispensaries that break the local laws. The rules state that the dispensaries have to be non-profit. That is one of the biggest rules that is being broken. Plus the people that call the feds are usually the local governments. We`ll get to the point where marijuana is legalized but we are far from being there. But the people getting busted are acting like we already are.

And who gives him his paycheck? Ya, that`s right, WE DO. That means we are still paying for it.

We`ve also paid for all his rounds of golf, vacations, and paid off the cronies that contributed to his campaign. He`s wasted $6 trillion in 3 1/2 years, it`s time for his departure.

unmercyfuldu: Police officers are a dime a dozen, the President is supposed to be our leader. All he does is lead from behind. Watches the polls and goes with what he believes is popular. He doesn`t have a clue what it takes to lead a country because he didn`t have any experience to do so.

Mark my words, he will go down as one of the worst presidents in history, he`s even made Jimmy Carter look preferable.

You need a new talking point CJ. President Obama has had almost four years experience now. I can`t wait for the debates so you brainwashed drones can see how much you have been lied to. He isn`t the monster that has been created in your minds. He actually has a good chance of being re-elected again. And at that point the Republicans will have to finally work with him. No more "Our number one goal is to make Obama a one term President". The number one goal of the elected Republicans will have to be to help dig us out of the hole we are in.

Yeah like that`s going to do him any good. Although I`d absolutely sympathize if it weren`t for the fact that he kept on pushing his bull5h17 Keynesian policies, Obamacare namely. Then he has the gall to deploy the military in Libya WITHOUT prior authorization from congress (nevermind as candidate he said we couldn`t afford to continue the two glaringly unjustified ones we were already fighting).

So in 4 years he`s given us:
-Total disregard for the rule of law.
    -Wildly unpopular policies
    -5h17loads of broken promises.

"He was in the lead the whole time! (once actual voting started)"

Yes let`s just forget the months before the voting where the Republican`s brought forth pretty much every candidate on the stage in the hopes they would stick so Mitt wouldn`t be the candidate. It got so bad that Rick Santorum was actually taken serious. Rick Santorum the man who had become so extreme that he lost his Senate seat. Mitt Romney was such a bad candidate that the person picked last to be not-Romney was actually taken serious throughout the voting. That is a bad candidate. But spin away if that makes you sleep better. Like I said I went through the same thing with John Kerry. I know the conservatives true pain. No amount of media brainwashing can completely clean the stink off a bad candidate.

BTW...just heard PBO`s speech slated for tomorrow night is being moved indoors because of the weather. Hello! Can`t fill the stadium I`ll wager. Just doesn`t have the BIG MO this time around. If the Panthers had a game tomorrow night it would go off as scheduled.
