you know, i have a strong doubt that he made that with ms paint. I don`t doubt it if he was really bored in a boring class, but i would say it`s more likely he made it in another program and then copy/pasted it into ms paint.

Have you ever tried to use MS paint to make something complex? I`d have to see a video that he did this before i can believe it. It`s just way to in efficient, and if someone is using MS Paint to do this type of thing they should really switch to something like the gimp and see what they could do with that. Really, it`s just wasting time in MS Paint that could be spent using a real gfx editing tool

Um, I`ve done complicated stuff in MS Paint several times before. And honestly, it`s not that inefficient. Sometimes I have an easier time with it than when I use Photoshop or SAI because it is so simple.

Why are you assuming this person cannot do this on MS PAINT? It can be a pain and everything but you can do cool stuff on it:

    Spiderman on MS PAINT

Also what makes you think he is not able to use other paint programs? maybe he used Paint only because it was the only program of that kind in that PC? maybe he did it for fun?

the whole screen within a screen within a screen bit was done in paint at least...

screen cap -> paste -> resize -> place in monitor -> repeat

as for the rest (outside the monitor), there`s no gradient in the colours so it could all be done with the pencil & fill tools
