Why don`t you stick to locking up black American citizens that you helped the police in Terrell, Texas to entrap into `committing` non-violent crimes in a stunt to boost your pathetic flagging career, Chuck?

Crimes such as "receiving an unsolicited phonecall asking where to buy drugs", as Sharanda Jones was convicted of with your help. She`s still doing life at Carswell FMC for that `offence` committed back in 1997. Compare that with the sentences handout to the murderers and torturers at Abu Ghraib (all of whom are now free).

With friends like you, America doesn`t need any enemies, schmuck.

Oh NOOOOES! Millions of people who either work for the auto industry or benefit from it have been able to keep working, more people have access to health insurance, Osama Bin Laden has been killed, and "our freedoms have been take away"??? LOL! Oh, and they sure like to mention good ol` Ronnie. I wonder if they spell it the same way these mouthbreathers do. Happy Labor Day to those of you that know why this holiday was created.

30 million evangelical Christians stayed home on election day and that is why Obama won. Right. Obama won because he was able to secure the youth vote using a positive message of hope and change. Sara Palin dragged McCain to the extreme right with scare tactics against terrorists (Muslims) and "Illegals" (Mexicans). Love won over bigotry. That is why Obama won. Plus he was just the better candidate.

The idea that 50% of Americans want to destroy the country is so offensive to me that I can`t even see straight. I hate so many Republican policies. Especially the openly discriminatory ones. But you know what? I never, ever, ever say or act like they`re actually trying to destroy the country. I always understand that they`re humans, citizens, and have every right to live here. The idea that liberals are out to wreck things is so conceited, so self-serving, -centered, egotistical and big-headed that it blows my mind.

Yes absolutely! Let`s all support Chuck and shout to the Republicans and Democrats alike- WE DEMAND THAT TAXES RETURN TO THE RATES THEY WERE DURING THE REAGAN YEARS! Let`s insist that our "job creators" only bear the same share of the burden that they did during the golden age of conservatism.

More importantly, let`s not lose sight of the our national Chirstian priorities... that corporations be given untethered freedom and that they be protected from horrible governmental oppression in the form of product safety laws, environmental laws, anti-discrimination laws, wage and hours laws, and transparent accounting standards.

Truly, God lives in our corporations. In His grace he has created these wonderful beings. It`s like he`s given us a divine moral loophole. People can be as evil, greedy and vicious as they want, as long as they are doing it for a corporation and not acting as an individual, per se. His Glory be praised! Thanks for the weekend pass

CrakrJak, I have no problem with the "blaming others" comment. I, too, blame the fact that Obama inherited the worst economy in the history of the country outside of the Great Depression, but I reckon it`s fair of you to say "blaming others".

However, "fear mongering" by the Dems?! Really?! Please provide an example or something to support that claim. I`m not saying that it didn`t happen or that you`re wrong, but, seriously, that`s not really part of the liberal way of doing business, so, I`m interested to hear your take on that!

what does my statement have to do with Democrats? Why are you even bringing them into this? This video is a republican pushing fear asa way to get votes. what does that have to do with the other idotic party?

ohhhh I see, much like the other littleminded fools from both parties you assume that if someone says something bad about your party they must be in favor of the oppossing party...

and then of course, rather than answering directly to the charges made against your party, you deflect by bringing up the other party and blaming them for the same thing or worse...

I am neither a dem or a repub...I am an independent. I judge each issue on its own merits and not on what my party tells me to think about it, LIKE YOU and those that follow a party.

people that follow parties are living in the dark and being lied to that their party has a flashlight when in fact both parties are the ones that turned the lights off in the first place.

The paranoia displayed here is just mind phucking... I don`t think explaining the fact that it`s just an election, something that happens every 4 years just like always Chuckie, is going to dissuade him from completing that bomb shelter with the 6 month food rations and potable water in his basement.

It wouldn`t matter if someone provided an example to you. It`s not fear mongering if you believe it to be true. All the hate spewed by both parties is believed by those within each respective party. Its a pointless endeavor.

RytWing, fear mongering is a very specific thing. I asked for an example because I can`t think of any example where Dems have used scare tactics/fear mongering (like, e.g., what Chuck has done here by saying the country is going to hell and the Devil himself will actually come and eat our souls if Obama is re-elected). So, I am simply asking for an example. I`m not so blind I won`t be able to admit it if given.

Ok Smag, Obama says that the republican want dirty air and dirty water. Do you honestly believe that? What kind of platform would that be? Find me the video of a republican saying that cause I`ve seen the video of Obama claiming it. And then find me the video of the racist tea partier. To say that the republicans are racist is a lie. Don`t think so? Explain Condaleeza Rice, Allen West, Herman Cain, Bobby Jindal, and Nikki Haley. Are a bunch of racists going to vote for these people? Mind you, most of these people are from the south where racism is supposed to be more prevalent.

Reps don`t care about conservation, the environment only has value insomuch as it provides raw material for Profit. We see this attitude from them constantly.

And don`t give me the line that just becuase they allow some token minorities that makes them not racist. For a party that`s made no secret of the Southern Strategy for the past 50 yrs that`s a load of Bull. Leaving aside for the moment that Rice became R in an era when Reps classically the party of Lincoln would do battle with Dixiecrats, West and Cain are so out of their heads that as one black author put it, "They`re a modern day minstrel show for the entertainment of the base," Haley`s childhood included the experience of adults not knowing where to categorize her racially since she was neither "black" nor "white", and Jindal looks so ill at ease in his own skin on tape because he knows that he has more hurdles to surmount with his base than any white R would ever have.

Not to mention SB1070 and it`s cousins across the South, the farce that is "Self Deportation" as an immigration policy from the Romney team, and his consequent nil latino support. Oh and Birtherism too, lest I forget.

You have to do a lot more to not be a racist party, certainly more than crass tokenism. You have to actually represent the interests of minorities, not cater to aged white resentment.

This is a classic trick the left continuously uses to discredit reps. You pretend is if you`ve peered into the mind of the rep and know thier true thoughts when really its conjecture you pass on as fact. "this what they said, but this is what they ment". I watch MSNBC, I know the statagy.

Honeypie, name 1, just 1 *specific* *policy* that reps came up with recently that served minority interests in any way. Bonus points if you can find one that didn`t demonize, otherize and stigmatize them in the process.

Personally I can`t decide which rep policy best did just those very things the best, is it the witch hunting for illegals in elementary schools one? Or is it the doing their [email protected] to suppress black voter turnout one?

That must be what makes reps so consistently gosh darned popular amongst minority voters.

(Oh and sweetie, if you think I`m racist then you`re a grade A crank).
