Hilarious! As someone that has worked in restaurants for years, this really does bring t light the idiocy of many customers. Despite having a great experience they will not go back because they workers (and managers in this case) are working hard and busy to keep their guests happy. what a horrible reason to not go back, the fact that they don`t have time to chit chat on the phone because they have guests to satisfy and a kitchen and staff to manage.

Who? Is this an actor that more than 100 people on the planet can identify?

I really liked this. Reminded me of the Oscar Wildean interpretation of Jersey Shore.

Sounds like the blathering of the average customer.
Heaven forbid the person doesn`t feel like sitting on the phone and chatting about crab cakes.

Let me clue in all the people that have probably never had a job involving customer service.
The majority of these jobs require the worker to do a **** load of things in a small amount of time. If they don`t get done, it`s their ass on the line. The more of the person`s time you take up, the harder you make their job. If you want to be a good customer, go in, get a reasonable amount of whatever the place offers, pay quickly (people who still pay with checks have a special place in hell reserved for them), say thanks and get the **** out. Keep in mind that that`s a real person on the other side of the counter, and their problems are likely much more pressing the 25 cent coupon you have buried at the bottom of your purse.
