Submitted by: fancylad 4 years ago in Funny

Is this a thing now? Christians protesting any company that supports gay marriage? The world sucks. Glad this went bad.

If there really is judgement after death, he`d better get used to those flames!

That would have been better if the senseless bigot had gone up like a roman candle.
Why do these people have to do things like that?! If it`s your opinion that God doesn`t like gay people, why can`t you give him the benefit of the doubt and let him smite them himself! There`s no call for you to get involved in the whole divine justice process at all. We`re talking about an omnipotent being - if God didn`t want gay people to exist - there just wouldnt BE gay people. Look after your own damn life and stop worrying about everyone ELSE`S supposed sinning.

so with this tape could he be arrested for attempted arson? when he knew the flames were out of control he said "get out of here". he did not put out the flames. i have a feeling this `protest` is not seen well by law enforcement.

Yeah, `cause homosexuals invented boycots and protests.

What a maroon.

"Once again protesting does NOTHING, aside from making the protester feel like they`ve made a change (which they haven`t)."

I don`t have the time or inclination to tell you how wrong you are. Do a little learning. There is a rich history of protest, especially consumer protest, causing change.

In fact I would bet you will never hear the CEO of Chick-Fil-A say anything about homosexuality publicly again and I would bet they won`t be contributing to some of those organizations in the future.

It seems like people are getting confused between "companies that support gay marriage" and "companies that actively try to force heterosexual people to wear skimpy leather outfits, share their homes with homosexual people and have homosexual intercourse with them on a daily basis."

"I can assure you, take any product--anything. At least one person that has a hand in the making of that product either really hates gay people or is gay themselves. If you break everything down, either side is going to be all bent out of shape about the politics of it all. I can`t speak for anyone else, but I just don`t give a f**k about anyone`s politics anymore."

I assume you are referring, at least mostly, to the chick-fil-a situation. OK. I will say this AGAIN. It has nothing to do with his opinions. If the guy said "I hate homos" I`d still eat there. That is his right. He can say whatever he wants. But he takes money from the company and gives it to organizations that fight to legislate bigotry. THAT is the reason I don`t eat chick-fil-a. I don`t want my money being used to oppress people.

So like that NC preacher who poured the Starbucks coffee down the drain, this guy bought a box of Cheerios and then burned them. Wonder if they understood that in the process of purchasing the products, their argument becomes invalid as they have now supported these companies.

What you do with their product after you`ve paid for it...I don`t think the companies give a damn.

I agree that the issue of protesting everything is tiring but protesting is what founded this country and it needs to be practiced constantly.

we have already given up our right to vote for the most part...in the average presidential election only about 51% of voting age people actually do vote.

although, I will say, this guy is a moron of the first order.

Once again, I have to explain myself.

I meant just protesting in general. Anti-gay, Pro-gay, whatever... It`s just getting old.

I can assure you, take any product--anything. At least one person that has a hand in the making of that product either really hates gay people or is gay themselves.

If you break everything down, either side is going to be all bent out of shape about the politics of it all.

I can`t speak for anyone else, but I just don`t give a f**k about anyone`s politics anymore.

So he bought a box of cheerios to protest general mills? Way to show them.

See? People on that side are definitely the dumber ones.

People protested chick-fil-a by NOT buying their product.
