just keep in mind that just because a spanish word sounds similar to an english one doesn`t mean they`re the same word.
@kangoala
It`s hilarious how wrong you are, I`m not trying to be mean but you made me laugh really hard now for some reason. so allow me to help you here a bit. "Los" is the male plural form of the definite article "the", I`m not going to give you a whole spanish lesson about the variety and proper use of definite articles in spanish but just keep in mind that just because a spanish word sounds similar to an english one doesn`t mean they`re the same word.

Also the spanish word for "lost" is "perdido"

I thought `Los` meant `Lost`... Wouldn`t that make it "The Lost Angels Angels"?

They haven`t been the Los Angeles Angels for quite a while now. They`re the Anaheim Angels.. Anaheim is part of LA, but they haven`t been called the Los Angeles Angels since the 90`s.

Okay...what do you think `Los Angeles` is spanish for if not "The Angels"?

@Supricky06
I do happen to speak spanish (comes with the mexican thing), and angeles is indeed spanish for angels. Don`t know who put it in your head that it wasn`t but they`re wrong. There`s a reason why it`s called the city of angels.

Yes, it is. Unless you are being pedantic about the accent mark that should be over the "A"

NDT failing to spot that Los Angeles is a proper noun there, I think. Grammar doesn`t appear to be his strong point.
