Draco is a genus of agamid lizards that also are known as the Flying Dragons. The veins in its wings are its ribs.

Looks like a small Compy (I think that`s the term, a proto dino featured in the Jurassic movies), those little chicken looking things.
Which begs the question - since dinos are the forebearers of birds - Do dinosaurs taste like chicken?
