    But... but...
The commercials tell me I`ll be young and sexually attractive forever if I drink lots of soda pop!

Who am I going to believe: the internet of the TV? Eh?

I`m currently drinking a mountain dew, and after reading this, I vow it to be my last soda... for at least a month, hopefully longer.

Aaaand this is why I treat soda like a treat as opposed to a drink option. Only drink it on special occasions. I don`t miss the stuff at all and in fact usually feel sick if i finish a whole can/bottle meow.

I love that poster MeGrendel, but the video of people signing the petition to ban Dihydrogen Monoxide is even better. I spilled some on my desk earlier and it destroyed some papers I was using. I can`t believe my boss expects me to work around such a dangerous substance.

Yep,That is what I tell people all the time..the phosphoric acid in soda drinks play hell on your teeth..the worst ones being dark colas...I just love it when parents bring in their young toddlers because almost every tooth in their head is rotted out..and we can pretty much tell automatically that the tot is still on the bottle, because parents lay their tots down for a nap with milk or juice in it..or even worse soda pop...Then the parents come in freaking out because their tot has rotten teeth...and the only way to fix the teeth is by extraction..we hate doing extractions on little ones..we hate doing extractions on anyone especially kids.

"Eighty percent of those affected by Osteoporosis are women. Twenty percent are men."

Super clear! Just in case you thought the remaining 20 percent were women as well.

If you think this is bad, check out brominated vegetable oil. Its found in Mountain dew and a few other sodas, and it wreaks havoc on your entire body. There`s even a health condition known as "mountain dew mouth". If the only thing you drink is mountain dew, STOP!!

I actually gave up pop like 2 months ago and I don`t mind it at all. I used to drink like 3-4 bottles of Mountain Dew a day and finally I said enough with this, this isn`t good for me and I stopped. I feel healthier and I believe I have dropped almost an entire pants size so far. I also don`t drink anything with aspartame in it so no diet pop. Just after I gave it up I started drinking Arizona Tea and gatorade until I noticed that it had just about as many calories as a bottle of Dew so I gave that up as well. The only thing I still drink is low calorie gatorade and Powerade zero which contains sucralose as a sweetener. (BTW I am from MN if you hadn`t noticed my use of the word "pop" for "soda")

Had a hard time giving up soda. Pellegrino cured me of my addiction to...the carbonation! Turns out, I don`t miss the caffeine or sugar AT ALL! It was that evil bubbly-goodness that had me all strung out. I feel much beter now.

This is mostly garbage. They make it seem like soda causes asthma, which is laughable. Sucks to that a$$-mar. If you chose diet soda, you`d also get none of the sugar (and there`s no evidence saying aspartame is bad for you). Also, there`s as much phosphorous in orange juice as there is in soda, and recent studies have shown that as long as you have normal calcium intake in your diet that bone loss doesn`t happen from soda. Nobody making an infographic for orange juice, it`s acidic and has as much phosphorous.

    It`s the bubbly goodness.
I gave up soda and started drinking carbonated water.

@patchgrabber- I agree. This infographic is reaching too far. It is a huge contributor to obesity, diabetes, and tooth decay- and that should be enough to motivate people to exercise moderation in their soda intake.
