@jops360? He`s SIX! Can you cut him a LITTLE slack?
he will never understand anything outside his own walled in reality
@jops360: are you talking about yourself here? Yes? Thought so.
there have been many books about it and all of them the main character turns out better for the trouble.
Oh GOODY! Let`s ALL go live on the streets! It`s so much fun, like a carnival!
HINT: those who suffer or DIE on the streets tend to NOT write books about it.
Typical LIBTARD: I read about it in a book! Drat THAT! Your ignorance is both sickening and appauling.
he will never really live his own life
@jops360: How about some lottery numbers while you`re at it, eh? Since YOU KNOW THE FUTURE beyond any doubt...

mackenburger - sorry to wish this kid a hard lifebut he needs it just to open his eyes. he will lead a sheltered life, he will follow in his parents footsteps and treat others like crap. yes he might donate money but i have a feeling it will be to institutions that work towards his own agenda. then later he will brag about giving back. he will never understand anything outside his own walled in reality and i feel sorry for him. all i said was that he should live on the streets, this is not technically a bad thing. there have been many books about it and all of them the main character turns out better for the trouble. but as i said before, he will never leave his parents watch. he will never really live his own life and for that i have to say i feel sickened by his parents and sorry for his one sided future.

@Musuko42: Defeat? What defeat? I used a perfectly valid term, accurately, and you attacked me `ad hominum` without even VAGUELY addressing my point.

Sounds like sweet victory for me!
And typical libtard douchery for you.

@davymid: Not moving! I love Canada! And as long as Alberta remains "all right" we`ll muck on through this "bad patch" (the Obama recession/depression) like we Canadians always do.

@LillianDulci: That`s fair, if not a bit semantic of you =P. In a strictly literal sense, most of these are lies.

I stand by my opinion that three of them are truths though.

@mesovortex: I know why the Keystone pipeline wasn`t accepted - I was being facetious (guess my sense of humor is a bit dry).

That being said, I don`t think people are as concerned about it being a "magic bullet" compared to it creating jobs. In my opinion, jobs and economic growth should be our main concern.

For everyone about to jump on me about the environment, relax - I`m not saying we should go crazy here; we should be environmentally smart. However, until we find an equally energy-rich source, or we find vastly improved means to store energy, we are stuck with oil and coal. Nuclear energy, in my opinion, would be much better.

All in all, my libertarian sense suggests that, if the states impacted by the pipeline agree - and enough will via rerouting - then it`s not the federal governments business.

HumanAction, I label them as lies because it`s "reasons not to vote for Obama" and if the only parts that have to do with Obama are lies, then they are lies in the sense that they aren`t reasons to not vote for Obama.

Squrlz4Sale, thanks but I`m not really "back" at least not like I used to be :P I`m mostly using this right now as stress relief since it`s finals week. I plan to continue posting from time to time but not on everything like I used to. .__.

HumanAction:
The Keystone Pipeline wasn`t allowed because it has too many negative environmental consequences, and it really won`t help our economy all that much.

Just like ANWR in Alaska, it`s treated as some magic bullet which will solve all of our energy problems, when it won`t. Oil is a fungible good. We can`t drill here and expect all of that oil to stay. It goes on the open market. Besides, we do not have the oil reserves that places like Iran or Canada do, and even ANWR doesn`t have enough oil to make a real dent in anything.

We`ll be better off in the long run by just going to alternatives.

Actually, could you beat a pidgeon at chess? I think the bird would refuse to participate... That would be like saying the Nazi`s beat the Swiss in WWII. ;-)

I`m not attacking his character to defeat his argument. I`m mocking him because he`s a ridiculous fool.

I care as much about beating his argument as I do about being able to beat a pigeon at chess; both are easy to do, and neither 5Cats or the pigeon would be capable of acknoledging their own defeat.

@Musuko42: Careful... The fallacy known as Ad Hominem is better known as douchebaggery.

@davymid: Why Texas and Oklahoma? There are far more conservative states than those two...

@LillianDulci:

#7 - No way to prove this one true or false; we can`t possibly know Obama`s intentions behind his actions. I personally think his recent executive order on immigration is a grab for votes - politicians pander on both sides of the fence.

#6 - Until someone explains to me why the Keystone pipeline wasn`t allowed, I`ll treat this as true. Recent increases in domestic drilling are all on private or state property.

I think in many of these statements that it is wiser to label the points as exaggerations rather than outright lies. Many of these items hold bits of truth masked by bits of lies.

5. A lie (changing my previous opinion since I`ve thought about it) because Obama doesn`t purposefully allow "bad guys" into our country. It`s something that happens as it happens with any other country.

4. A lie because Obama very recently has said that he wants to keep inforcing the CURRENT gun laws, even though the majority of Americans actually support having more gun control (like not allowing certain types of guns to be sold legally)

3. A lie, simply anti-Obama propaganda and I`m sure you agree.

2. The only truth, except it`s this kid`s parent`s opinion that it`s embarrassing or somehow wrong for our president to show respect.

1. A lie, intelligent people know where he came from, idiots are still confused because they listen to too much propaganda.
0

Female 2,674

10. Like someone else said, it`s a lie because that`s welfare, not Obama. Also, Obama`s renewal of the Bush tax cuts as well as other policies have shown that he`s actually "redistributed wealth" from the middle class to the rich, not the rich to the poor as it should be.

9. As someone else said, it`s a possible consequence of a cheap option for Americans to get healthcare, but it`s a lie because he says that Obama "wants" this.

8. "Thinks baby`s are a burden" when did he ever say anything even remotely like that? Obviously pulled out of his parent`s ass.

7. A lie because there`s no proof that this is true, it`s simply propaganda spread by the right. There are many people on food stamps who don`t like Obama.

6. A lie because he does want us to drill and mine. He just wants regulations so they are done safely and things like BP`s oil spill don`t happen again.

@5Cats, actually, many of us HAVE addressed this issues. You just choose to ignore us because you disagree.

You`re obviously fed conservative propaganda if you think 7 of these are true. You only gave 1 example of how they were truthful without even showing proof that he actually said that.

What`s really disgusting about posts/responses is how everyone has been sucked in to the two party system.
You are all screaming "leftist, right wing, conservative, liberal, democrat, republican." That is what is largely to blame with our current system. Despite the claim it is open we are really a two party system. People have become so blindly devoted to one side or the other they vote for candidates who don`t deserve a second glance much less to hold office.
I try not to invest much time into politics and I have never voted. Not because I am unpatriotic or don`t care; rather it is because there has NEVER been a candidate worthy of my support. When it does happen I will shake the very heavens getting the word out.

@ssalty: I think @AvatarJohn was suggesting that we should raise a generation of free thinkers, rather than the complacent generation brewing now.

I once had a debate with a Psychology professor about calories. He argued that the calories from a twinkie were worse for you than from an apple. I argued that a calorie is a calorie, merely a unit of measurement for energy. I even offered him the correct answer that the nutritional content per calorie was what he was trying to get at. He still disagreed (as did other students).

He was wrong.

The point is, we SHOULD question things that seem wrong to us - even if they come from textbooks, teachers, professors, or newspapers. Think for yourselves and teach your children to think for themselves too.

Meh - truth, lies, and exaggerations... That being said, I think it`s far from being "disgusting." I would consider Purposeful Statistical Misrepresentation intended to take advantage of weak minds more "disgusting"... not that this is right.

Here`s how I see it:

#10 - Obvious exaggeration; Obama doesn`t redistribute your money - welfare does.
#9 - Obama doesn`t WANT you to wait in line for healthcare; it may happen - the debate goes each way.
#8 - It`s a lie. (jab at pro-choice crowd)
#7 - I happen to believe this is true.
#6 - This is true; it`s a shame as we have nothing close to being as efficient or cheap (besides nuclear).
#5 - Exaggeration.
#4 - Exaggeration - he`s certainly not "pro-gun" though.
#3 - That`s a lie.
#2 - This is true. He has bowed down to other leader

I wouldn`t say this child has "wisdom", per se, any more than a 3 year old reciting the Pythagorean Theorem has any idea what they`re saying, despite the fact that they are reciting truth.

So, while this is cute and all, I wouldn`t categorize this kid as either brainwashed or wise, because he doesn`t really understand what he`s saying. I just hope his parents continue to educate him about why everything he states here is completely, 100% true, as he grows up and begins to understand the world around him.

Hopefully, he will question authority when his teachers inevitably try to spew nonsense at him and will think for himself and eventually discover WHY what he`s saying here is so profound and truthful. Here`s hoping.

If you are so partisan that you are teaching your 6 year old to spout political talking points you have a serious problem. The real question is why did they have to go with so many lies? Could they not find any legitimate reason not to vote for Obama? Are they that stupid? The opposition, going back to the first president, should always be able to find at least 10 real real reasons not to vote for the current president.

The biggest issue is peole who vote for a choice because they feel it is the lesser evil. They forget that a vote for the lesser evil is still a vote for evil. Your only option is to not vote. Countries are destroyed because people don`t vote for who they feel should win, only who they feel should win among the small list of people they are presented with. It used to be several, but nowadays it`s only 2, maybe 3.

It`s called: Dictatorcracy

@5Cats, just because 8 of them are conservative talking points repeated on Fox news frequently, doesn`t make them true.
10 is a lie, 9 is a lie, 8 is a lie, 7 is a lie, 6 is a lie, 5 is true but it`s not Obama "letting bad guys into our country" it`s bad guys entering the country either illegally or without people knowing they`re bad, 4 is a lie, 3 is a lie, 2 is true but it`s personal opinion on whether or not that`s actually a bad thing and I find it fine, and 1 is a lie.

In summary, 8 are lies and 2 are just stupid opinions from his parents. You got it flipped around.

Description should read:
Isaac Anthony is the 6-year-old child of idiotic conservative parents who fed him lies and forced him to repeat said lies on camera.

I still can`t see why people like using their children for political messages like this. Any adult will see the child holds absolutely no authority on the issue, not to mention that the child absolutely did not form this opinion on their own and most likely doesn`t even know what they`re saying. No adult will have their opinion changed by this, so it`s just stupid.
