    It says his WIFE lied.

"State prosecutors said on Friday Zimmerman`s wife, Shelley, knew about the PayPal money from his website and lied at the bond hearing when she said she didn`t know of it."

Is there any way he could have known about the funds from the website? I haven`t been following this recently but hasn`t be been in jail? His wife didn`t let the attorney know of the website donations and her husband is paying for it, as has gone this whole case.

leesah he story states: "The prosecution made sure to point out jailhouse phone conversations between Zimmerman and his wife suggesting that they knew exactly how much money they really had prior to statements they had made during his bond hearing."
So he knew....he lied and she lied, they both lied.

Here`s a story that highlights most of the accusations. They`re alleging that he spoke in code with his wife via the telephone, from jail, and that he knew how much money they had (nearly $150K). Too, that he had a second passport, surrendering one he`d earlier reported stolen. I don`t know how all of this will play out, only that those are reasons presented in requesting bond to be revoked. See it here on CNN

CrakrJak, sure the facts haven`t changed. Just like your Trayvon post didn`t show any new facts for the case either, it just shed a bad light on a dead young man. What were you trying to `sensationalize` with your post?

A murder that was avoidable, was committed by a wanna be cop, unrecognized neighborhood watchman.

The only thing this shows is that Zimmerman is going back to jail for lying at his bond hearing.
He lied...at this hearing and probably during his account of the incident.
Him going back to jail is his own fault.

If the story outlined on all major news sites now (I linked to the CNN one below) is true, he and his wife clearly lied a the bond hearing and sounds good and darned well (according to the transcripts of the calls) that they purposefully lied about his passport, too. I don`t know what the normal punishment for that is. I don`t know that any of it is admissible in court regarding the Martin case. But, as far as using to establish conditions for bond being set as it was, it appears he purposefully misled the court.

lessah, if it`s all a vast leftwing conspiracy to get Obama off the front page, create jobs and stimulate the economy while simultaneously increasing CNN`s ratings, I`m sorry. I suppose that *could* be true. ;-)

robosnitz, if you read about it, the $150K he`s got was donated to him since he was charged. I wouldn`t necessarily call that "hard earned". I`m not saying he shouldn`t have it! I`m not saying the people shouldn`t have donated. Only saying that that`s not what I`d call "hard earned."

Okay, fair enough, what *were* you implying. And I`m asking that honestly! I apologize if I misread your posts, but, seemed to me that you were saying that Obama benefited from this story by kicking news of him from the front page and, too, that CNN somehow was given an inside track on the story since their obviously sucky reporters couldn`t have possibly scooped it on their own. If that`s not what you were implying, I sincerely apologize.

"Okay, fair enough, what *were* you implying."

I was just stating a couple observations. It IS a very lucky break that this happened today, otherwise the main headlines would be about the reports released today, the day being deemed "the worst of 2012", would they not?

& CNN DID just decline into their worst ratings in history, didn`t they? The reporters must be very determined and dedicated to bringing the viewers back.

    That`s all. :]

Crakr sure shuts the drat up when he gets owned. Facts that Zimmerman lied about funds and existence of a second passport at a bond hearing = sensationalizing. Speculating on the actions of what Trayvon did unrelated to the crime = not sensationalizing. Makes sense.

So, let me get this straight...someone has suggested that he spoke in code, therefore he`s a murderer. Obviously.

Frankly, if I was him and I had the chance, I`d do a runner. He has no chance at all of a fair trial because the media and the racism-promoters are far more powerful than the legal system. They may as well decide the verdict with a pay-to-view lottery and he`s screwed regardless of what the verdict might be, so his best bet if he could do it would be to run and disappear.

May as well forget the trial and just get on with burning parts of cities down and murdering randomly selected "white" people.

Out of curiousity, how many people have been killed since Trayvon Martin without any great outcry because their deaths can`t be used to promote racism?

It`s more than none, isn`t it? It`s a lot more than none, isn`t it?

I doubt if anyone who wasn`t close to him really cares about his death. His death is just a tool people can use for political and financial purposes, which is why all the other deaths since don`t count.

Angilion, it`s not just that he spoke in code--he lied. Plain and simple. I don`t know if any of this can even be brought up at his murder trial. As for not getting a fair trial, he`s not even 20 miles from where Casey Anthony was tried and freed. So, the idea that he can`t get a fair trial due to media attention is just, well, incorrect. Will he get a fair trial? I can`t say. But, to say that he *won`t*, due to media attention? Can`t be said, and the idea has even recently been proved patently false.

kitteh: There would be no `bad light` to shed if Trayvon`s parents and family hadn`t lied to the media calling him an innocent angel and falsely calling his assault victim a racist.

I`m sorry if it hurt your feelings to know that Saint Skittles wasn`t the pure little boy you thought he was. The media sells us lies all the time, I`m sorry you bought into that lie.

But now you and CNN are being petulant, because of being called out on the rush to judgement of George. The judge in this case NEVER called George a liar, yet both you and CNN have led with that accusation today. The only testimony in question is his wife`s, not his.

How much money George was given for his defense fund doesn`t have a damn thing to do with the shooting incident.

The blood lust is readily apparent, damn the facts, `hang hm now!` It`s damn shameful for our society, a society that supposedly claims `Innocent until proven guilty` is a great virtue of it`s justice system.

Crak, your submission didn`t hurt my feelings in the least (please don`t lose any sleep thinking that it did!). Trayvon is probably very similar to most teenagers out there today, except for the fact he is dead.

Did you watch the video of the revocation of bond? The judge called him a `potted palm that obtained benefits from false testimony and misrepresentation to obtain a lower bond` because he had `prior knowledge` of the true answers set before them and himself at the hearing.

The judge may not have used the word `liar` (semantics imo) but the revocation speaks for it self. No pressure was put on him by media to revoke his bond, so if it wasn`t revoked for his lying and allowing others to lie on his behalf, then please tell me WHY you think his bond WAS revoked?

kitteh9: Trayvon in his own FB comments mentions $14,000 worth of drugs, as well as a `key`, short for kilo, of what ever he was selling.

You`re willing to infer guilt based on a loose judges interpretation, but when it comes to Trayvon you doubt every fact that comes out about him.

jtrebowski: If Trayvon had survived his wounds he would no doubt have faced assault charges on George and been in jail after going to the hospital, It wouldn`t have even made national news.

madest: Unfortunately lying to the media and public at large isn`t a crime. Also George was one of your own, a democrat that voted for Obama. But that doesn`t matter now does it? So go ahead, sell out your own kind to keep the false narrative of racism alive.

kitteh, Trayvon`s facebook posts show character.

Showing character for one who is dead is extremely important in a case as it would better show what actions said person would take.

If Trayvon truly had a halo, as his parents say, then he wouldn`t have attacked George when Geroge was heading back to his vehicle after losing Trayvon, after agreeing not to continue to pursue Trayvon, following the 911 operator`s orders, who he was not obligated to follow.

DuckBoy87, so using your logic, George lying in his bond hearing and allowing others to lie on his behalf, shows us his character and what actions he will take, right?

You say "If Trayvon truly had a halo, as his parents say, then he wouldn`t have attacked George when Geroge was heading back to his vehicle after losing Trayvon, after agreeing not to continue to pursue Trayvon, following the 911 operator`s orders, who he was not obligated to follow." However, I`m not basing what I believe happened on what George has said for his testimony, I`m basing it off the 911 calls, and the fact that CNN and others have omitted 2 minutes of that call that night.

yes it would have, if Trayvon felt his life was in "imminent danger" regardless of who made initial contact. Zimmerman was never in "imminent danger" until he started pursuing Martin, making him the aggressor. He lost his claim to the SYG law when he got out of his car.
