Aldwych Station is quite familiar to most London commuters, I`ve used it myself between `91 and `92 when I was fresh out of college in my first proper job. Now it gets used for films all the time it`s actually cleaner than when it was in use everyday.

"Wouldn`t mind doing a tour of the closed stations- would be pretty interesting!"

I`ll save you the trip... they`re like the open ones but without people :-)

Basically, anyone who has taken the tube knows of such stations - Heck, the train goes past some of them, if you look out you can see them flash by in their dimmed glory.

I always think of Metro 2033 when using the subway.
Abandon stations are interesting, I always would like to know the secrets of the underground.

Love those beautiful green tiles! (1:00 to 1:20) You won`t see that kind of work in any modern subway, anywhere.

Yes! I love stuff like this, places forgotten inside cities, ghost industial complexes, disused military installations.
