"Really, that`s fascinating considering CO2 doesn`t actually form a liquid"

Ugh... Under pressure it certainly can. CO2 tanks that are at room temperature and above about 10 ATM will be partially liquid. But onoffonoffon got it right... nitrogen and CO2 have nothing to do with the air dusters. But seriously people, the properties of matter are fairly easy to understand, just look up a phase diagram and stop spouting retarded things.

That`s the less environmentally damaging stuff that replaced freon as the refrigerant in your car.

It isn`t nitrogen nor CO2, it`s 1,1-DIFLUOROETHANE (HFC-152a).

What Nickel said, those rotary locks are easy, got friends out of a hole a few times without destroying their property.

That poo is usually CO2 and not any form of nitrogen.

1. Pick lock (easy)
2. Accept beer from grateful owner
3. Sell lock on e-b*y
4. buy more beer

"Well... liquid nitrogen (on this planet) IS compressed nitrogen... but compressed nitrogen isn`t necessarily liquid nitrogen."

Nope! Two things affect the phases. Heat and pressure. Liquid nitrogen refers very specifically to nitrogen that is so cold is in liquid phase. Nitrogen that is liquid because it is under pressure is condensed. Whether any gas is compressed to the point of becoming a liquid or not, it will cool as it is released to a lower pressure atmosphere. Liquid nitrogen at atmospheric pressure can only be liquid due to an extremely low temperature.

A good set of bolt cutters will do the same thing a lot faster, and you only have to buy them once.

"What a moron. Thinks compressed nitrogen and liquid nitrogen are the same. Decompression causes cooling, same thing that a compressor does in a refrigeration unit."
