Link: 50 Great Guitar Riffs From The Early `90s - This guy seamlessly jams through 50 riffs from `90s songs in about 5 minutes. Becomes a bad ass in doing so.

Too hipster/acoustic for my liking. He might know the notes, but there is no depth, soul or passion in the playing, as there was in every single one of the original tracks.

Oh and theyre not all 90`s riffs either.

The drums are most annoying because he so utterly fails at keeping time. My inner metronome weeps. Turns the beat around several times.

a little sloppy, but not a bad job cramming all those riffs into such a short timeframe.

Since when do songs from 1989 count as early 90`s songs? Other then that, not too bad.

I find it funny that music from my youth is defined by the guitar riffs, and now it`s define how you can use autotune

then again, there was the overuse of synths, so I shouldn`t talk too loud

Here`s something from the 90s I`d like to hear him play.

(It`s a great song, but if you have a short attention span, jump ahead to ~3:35 for the unbelievable part.)

he might be skilled. He still plays crap. Nothing had even the slightest depth. Sounds like going through the motions of guitar exercises. What a waste of 2.11 mins of my life.

without drums was better but still utterly devoid of feeling and played way too fast.

I realize they are close to the same tempo, but shouldn`t be played at the same tempo, ruins it for me, I hear it as wrong, even though it`s the right notes.

It was good. take it for what is is 50 riffs in 5 min all strung together. Of course it`s not going to sound that much like the originals.

I prefer this even though I suspect some of it may be mimed.
