Sorry but this is complete BS... look it up on Wikipedia & Snopes. Nothing but an urban legend.

Scopolamine`s effects on one`s self-control are wildly exaggerated. Desomorphine is scarier.

I`m not sure whether this or that one Russian drug that rots your flesh off is worse. Now someone just needs to combine these.

The most dangerous drug is ignorance and the media is keeping you fully addicted at this point.
thank god I had nothing else to do today at work except spend 30 minutes learning spanish.
I`m not sure what to comment on. You must be intensely smart to have learned Spanish in 30 minutes. You also must be intensely stupid not to simply read the subtitles.

I immediately called bullpoo when I heard it was datura they were talking about.
It`s a deleriant, you don`t act like normal but with no free will. You trip your balls off.
It`s not limited to those countries. It even grows wild in sweden, was brought over by vikings who liked to blow their minds.
The social stigma it has gotten over there seems to have given people a green light to make up crazy ass bullpoo stories about how they became mindless zombies following every order. It`s the power of suggestion and cultural myth. Much like voodoo only works on people who believe in voodoo.
Sad to see.

That was fascinating. You`d think biologists could`ve developed a drug based on the plant more effective for intelligence gathering by now, that is, causing fewer hallucinations. The CIA experimented with it in the 50`s and 60`s, purportedly. Why resort to water-boarding?

This sounds exactly like the kinds of urban legends you hear about when you`re in Central/South America. The kinds of things cheaters and criminals invent to excuse their behavior. Or more specifically, the guy he`s interviewing in the jeep at the beginning.

@brometheus thats pretty much the entire video in a nutshell. If it was truely as they said it is, then this drug would be more popular around the world than heroin or cocaine.
