The Great Gatsby Official Trailer

Submitted by: fancylad 5 years ago in Entertainment

I never ever thought a movie of Gatsby would be in any way remotely interesting, but DiCaprio sort of pulls it off.

Same director as Moulin Rouge and Romeo and Juliet? Yeah I`m gonna have to see this. I also had to read The Great Gatsby my junior year of high school, and I actually enjoyed it somewhat.

Gatsby trailer? Thanks for the warning - a movie not to watch, even if the wife promises me a steak dinner and a BJ after.

I was forced to read this in my senior year of high school.
I don`t really remember what it was about, just that I hated all the characters in it.

The story is really good, the old movie is great, but this make the 1920`s look 2012ified

I tried to read it in 3rd grade because you got 13 points if you did (holy flucking tit!) but it was too hard...

How can you hate Gatsby!? It`s just so beautifully written, especially the very last few paragraphs. Although I am an English literature student so I`m very much that way inclined XD

Jesus Christ, that music totally sucked dead donkey dicks! There`s no way in HELL I could sit through that movie.

If it comes on TV, I MiGHT be able to take it with closed captions and the sound turned off.

This made me really excited. Which is strange, because I didn`t really like the book much.

Gerry1of1, bang on mate! I`m sure Mr Coppola didn`t have that problem with Redford, although Gatsby isn`t exactly a demanding role! LOL

I need to reread this as well. All I remember is they lived on an island and partied a lot.

Pay attention at the back now, that means you fancy, you look old enough to remember this, before you smoke all that weed and fried your memory. http://ow.ly/b6RI4

I read this book in like 7th grade and this trailer makes me think the same way about the book...confused. Maybe I`ll pay attention this time.

I`m worried that they stole the soul from this book and replaced it with "big-screen appeal"
