Personally, I like those Dyson Airblade things.

Bitches leave your hands dry and tingly.

When I am in the bathroom I always `shake`,
but I will be damned if I`ll `fold`.
    That would HURT!

TED is getting greedy. Have you ever looked at how much they charge for a space in the audience? If I paid £1000 for the privilege to hear about how I should be drying my hands I`d want my money back. Sometimes, TED, less is more.

Skimmed through it. I feel no obligation to economize on my use of paper towels--I suit my own convenience. This talk assumes that everything is owned collectively and its the every individual`s responsibility to conserve. And no, I do not agree with the environmental movement--neither its philosophy nor its "science."

here`s a capital idea, how about instead of trashing all the paper towels that just have water on them, we recycle them?

I`ve always done the shake, never the fold, but never use more than 1 paper towel.

next ted needs to be about hand dryers, you`re supposed to rub your hands together under the air, not just turn them over and let the air blow on them

    speaking of hand dryers

best hand dryer in the world

I`m not that efficient. Used to work with a guy who would use 5 or 6 at a time. He would sometimes see me finishing up and would get this baffled look on his face cause I would get it done with two. Plus I use old towels to line soup cans for drippings or fire starters.

I`m going to start using 1 towel. I never use the blowers. All they do is pull in all the pee and ass particles in the air and throw them directly onto your hands.

I love the Dyson air blade blowers in restrooms. I don`t worry too much about germs because I know the instant I touch anything after leaving the restroom I`m fully germed again so why spaz about it. If I HAVE to use a paper towel, I use a minimal piece. I`m sure I use much less paper than most people. Even in my house, I only use a half sheet for draining bacon and a few to clean windows once in a great while.
